Living alone (now) makes this an easy one for me, but the Mom and Dad still visit, which is good but they have thier own bath which is also good.

Sorry, no. I think women have an issue with this because if the seat is up, and they quickly go to use the toilet w/o checking to see if the seat is down, they can literally fall into the toilet. :P It's sweet of you to ask though. :)

No, lifting the seat is necessary, dropping it back down is not necessary but good etiquette. Therefore no credit for doing the necessary task.

Men have to put it up so in order to be politically correct and to appease the feminist i think it should be required that we see women as equals and have them put it down.
