I have just watched the movie "Kinsey". I was really impressed with it. One of his theories was that everyone's sexuality could be measured on a scale of 1 to 6; or 1 being completely heterosexual and 6 being completely homosexual. I found this very interesting since it bears out a lot of stuff I have heard about this sort of thing. I would rate myself about 4 (I am bi).
It would be interesting to see how others on YA rate themselves. Thanks.

I'm really wondering about Christian music, as most of what I have heard isn't good and wouldn't sell if it wasn't religious. But does putting God or Jesus on something mean people will buy it even if it isn't very good?

im in highschool and next year i can choose to either learn spanish,french, or latin. Im thinking about taking french but i think it will be hard. i dont want to take latin because i dont think ill ever use it in real life. spanish seems real easy to learn so its between spanish and french.which one should i pick and why or why not?

Personally that's never happened to me as far as I know of. But really this is one of the many reasons why I hate "commericalized" Christmas. The giver gives from the heart and the receiver is suppose to be a "grateful" receiver. So what if you received a lump of coal this year? Throw that bad puppy in the fire place with your logs! ( ^ _ ^ ) More heat for you!

I hope that this day finds you doing well. I wanted to ask you about what you said on the thread referenced on the above question line (I'm not a member of any organized religion, but I have studied about different religions.)

I was entrigued with how you answered this question ("They are accountable to God. If they do not obey the Quran in the matter of protecting an opressed woman, then God's curse falls upon the men or the community. Then someone who is a good human being should try to help, even if he / she is not a Muslim.")

I have read the Qur'an multiple times and though I do primarily read the Maulana Muhammad Ali translation, I was wondering what Qur'anic scripture are you referring to in your statement. Which scripture is that?

If you aren't Mustafa but you know what scripture he was referring to would you please tell me. Thank you very much to all who answer.

I know someone who has been in this country longer than I have been alive, and she still claims that she does not realize that some of the things she does or says are just rude and wrong here in the US (anywhere really).

She was 24 when she moved here and has been here about 40 years.

Do you think being from a different country is a cop out for her to be rude or do you think that she really just does not understand.

I've had all these old birthday and holiday cards over the past 25 years, but feel bad about just throwing them away so I thought it wouldn't be so bad if I donate them to someone or place who could put good use to them. All i know that it's called Deafness frequency but i don't exacly no how deaf i am. I have to wear hearing aids but without it, i can still hear alright, I've also got a lisp. is this a disability? Can it get any worst in life?
