in my office there are 3 ppl and 2 of them got there early bounes, but i got nothing. i been working here for more than 2 yeras and i have put more of my self in my job than them, what u think?

I would take it to the appropriate authorities. You have every right to feel slighted, I know I would. I would respectfully speak to the authority in charge, and ask the simple question of why I was denied my bonus. Listen to the explanations, if it's legit, you can walk away feeling confident you asked, if it doesn't settle right with you, inquire more until it is resolved. You said you've been there 2 years and have put more of yourself in the job...how? Be prepared to sell yourself, what is it you did worth deserving of a bonus. Best wishes to you.
