I am working to help rural children with opportunities to schooling and I have problem with funding because NGOs and other international agencies cannot go where I am working in Burma

Funding is going to be difficult, because many corporations boycott any funding activities in Burma, because of the oppressive government. Also, you will have to be careful -- Burma officials frown on foreigners working in the country, and frown HUGELY on them starting organizations. You could be putting yourself and the kids in danger by starting this NGO, no matter where it is officially based.

I have a funding guide for nonprofits serving the developing world that I'm happy to share (it's free). But, again, you need to be very, very careful.
