Ever since I was little, I have always been uncomfortable in church. I haven't been to church in a rally long time due to this reason. However, I know that I need to be there. Today, I got up and just went and I did last week as well. Praying with others is just weird to me. Why do I feel this way?

do gay people get to put a token gay person in every new movie that comes out? Why is this agenda being shoved down our throat? Please answer the question without calling me a bigot and a racist, thank you. It is a valid question. I have noticed every single new release I rent there is a gay couple in it every time. wouldn't gay people scream if they found an article in their gay magazine suggesting that maybe they are in sin? Isn't agenda agenda?

Whenever I am walking with friends through a parking lot or across the street, they always get excited and warn me about passing cars. I am sick of it! I ask them why. Does it look like I don't know they are there? Am I walking into them? They say no and that they are just being caring. It stifles me. I can see and hear the cars. I tell them to worry about themselves. I am a grown woman and I will be fine. How can I get them to relax and be quiet?

You know science is fun and dull after awhile like most human things. Yet, don't they understand they've gone too far? But i am not catholic, i'm an athiest and no offense to christians bt i don't believe a single thing that they talk about there. So my question is is there a way i can convince my parents otherwise?

Women are supposed to do the light work b/c men were punished in the garden of Eden by working by the sweat of their brow but women did not get that punishment. I think men are supposed to do the manly things that require a lot of physical labor and also the ones that require a lot of hours being put in on the job away from home like being a scientist or something. I don't think a good man would like a woman who spends more time at her job than raising her kids, you know?

Today at Wal-mart I tried to hand the cashier one of three bags of cat food, but she told me she already got it. When I got out to the car, I realized that she only charged me for two of the three bags. It was a (approximately) 30 dollar bag. Instead of taking it back inside like a good samaritan, I drove off telling myself that it was Wal-mart's Christmas gift to me. Should I feel bad?

Don't get me wrong, burning is awful. No serial killer has ever tortured anyone longer or more horribly than god will torture those who choose the wrong belief.
But do you think it's the *only* way god will torture people?

I know several Catholics, in fact I married into a very large family of Catholics, but I have noticed very few of them follow the 10 commandments, in fact they have down right disgraced them. Do you think this is just coincidence that they don't practice what they preach? Or do you think it just gets noticed more because they are usually a very strict religion?
