does god really need anyone to defend him? if he truly exists and is as powerful as people claim he is, how come he never stands up for himself? why does he leave it up to people who might possibly be misunderstanding him to defend him? couldn't so many wars be prevented if he just stepped up and said who he is. i'll probably get a few responses pertaining to free will. so i'll put it like this. let's say two friends of yours who aren't friends with each other are about to kill each other over who is your best friend. well, maybe not kill each other, but get into fight. would you do anything to stop them from fighting? would you just let it happen and say, well, they have free will. they can do what they want. or would you try and at least reason with the both of them so that they will get along a little bit better.

alot of people critize and say its stupid why ??? if every one had the same idea on what looks good no one would really have style and personality. most people associate that as being a " black thing " but alot of people of different nationalities do it as well. if "we"(I'm black) choose to invest our money in old cars making them look good thats us. To rebuild an old car and add our on personal flavor takes alot of creativity. obvisiouly if you judge that means we've caught your attention and its something about it you like !!!!!! I understand some people do need to invest in practical things such as landl/houses but if we do have a set income I feel we should be able to spend "our" the way "we" want to !!!!!!!!!!!! jewelry is just something to dress up the appearance. though you understand my point of view many will still post negative comments and feel satisfied. but **** yall cause ima still wear my gold's in my mouth my baggy clothes and laugh wen u get scared thinkin ima rob ya

I put a question asking about advice on working on malaysia .

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20071218010444AADmfW9

unfortunately the replies were rather hostile and rude. with the recent disputes and issues with the hindraf and LTTE in malayisa. the malayisan ppl are being hostile towards all indians. thats acceptable.

i'm a sri lankan. just because our country is close to indian doesnt mean we are anything like indians. its a common misunderstanding. only thoe who have been to sri lanka will know. by race i'm a malay. meaning my ancestors are from malayisa. i look malaysian and speak malay.

sri lanka has been at war with the LTTE for over the past 20 decades. and we hate terrorists just as much.

i feel its very unfair to be treated like this just because my country is close to india. i'm a muslim and i'm a malay. i'm not an indian or a terrorist.

would like to have your ideas and opinions

she told me a long time ago she had gay feelings since she was about 12 years-old. she has recently started having sex with other women only to experiment. and i have been ok with it. but now she tells me she might be gay. she craves the attention and emotion of a woman, something i cannot give her. her craving is enough to cause her to think about our marrage. it is more intense when she has sex with her.
I have been ok with it this whole time ive let her have sex with a woman she really likes in my house in the next room. i just want her to be happy. her lesbian partner is really nice and is concerned with me and my feelings.
i can not seem to get ahold of my feelings. i end up pushing my wife to her friend when i bring up issues i have such as her spending all her time with her and her not giving me any attention.
i really dont know. i dont want to lose her but i dont want to be married to a gay woman. what do i do? what can she do? is there anything i can do to keep my wife?

branch of the military? Or any other particular award in which you are proud of?
I was awarded a "bosun's pipe" with a lanyard, onboard the U.S. Coast Guard cutter Durable out of Brownsville, Texas
My previous husband was a bosun's mate and served 20 years in the Coast Guard. While he worked in the Coast Guard, I worked in the private sector.
Knowing this the Captain of the Coast Guard cutter Durable honored me in a ceremony during which my husband retired. I was awarded the bosun's pipe in which I blew his final "reveille"
If you don't know what a bosun's pipe is, I have attached a couple of links. Click onto each command to hear the bosun's pipe.

On their very next voyage out to sea, the vessel caught fire and has since been decommishioned(sp?)

Shortly afterwards I set him free, because he could not keep his pecker in his pants.

do you think jesus gets too much credit for the whole crucifixion thing? i mean to say death is not the worst thing that can happen to you, i would have been more impressed if he had been wrongly imprisoned for 40 years. he went to heaven right? is sitting at his fathers side in judgment of all mankind for eternity worth one day of pain?

I am a Christian ( it doesn't matter what denomination) and I have always questioned the prophecies and authority of Joseph Smith ( founder of the moormans). I read that after Smith died his band of moormans attacked a village and killed all but the children. That doesnt sound like a real prophet to me. What are your thoughts?

I am left without words, so I am just curious what you would reply to a person who said this:

"My savior suffered and died for your sins as well as his and mine and everyone else's, the least you could do is accept it and worship him."

Do you think a person saying such a thing would ever realise that what he's talking about, is (for others) just as real as the celestial teapot?

Are they purposeful or purposeless? Do they divert us from our true nature? Is thinking always useless and unproductive? Or do we use the ability to "think" incorrectly? Are questions such as this just stirring up chaos and confusion? Is the intellect a helpful thing? I am Curious

Okay I don't really know anything bout the books or the movie. I heard it got something to do with killing God. Now is that what the people think the deeper message in the movie is, or are they actually killing God? I'm a Christian, I'm not happy with killing God obviously, but I'm so tired of all this attack on mainstream things, I mean, when I was 4 I was a huge Ninja Turtles fan, then all of a sudden it's satanic, pfff, then Biker Mice, Pokemon, Harry Potter. Same with music (I'm a big fan of Old School Rock, it's attacked for decades now!). So is this movie something to be concerned about, or is just as the above mentioned?

Thanks!

I am totally for equal rights, and that everyone, no matter what the color of their skin, be treated equally. But has equal rights gone too far? African American people set up scholarship funds set up, exclusively for those with brown skin, but if anyone tried to make a White people scholarship fund, they would get in big trouble, and be considered horrible people.

I understand that African Americans have had a hard past, but weren't people like MLK and Rosa Parks shooting for EQUAL rights. Now, there are as many prejudices against blacks as there are whites, yet African Americans are getting even more opportunities.

I understand that some of you think that I am being racist, however, I am totally against people being treated unequally. I think that we should look at the person on the inside, and not think about their sexual orientation, or their race. The point I was trying to make was that things that African Americans do, if done the same, but by and for white people, would
