NO.The Book of Mormon and Bible are two different things and will remain as such. Your question also seems to imply that we do not use the Bible. If that is the case then I would like to take the opportunity to set the record straight. Yes we do believe in the bible and, yes we do read out of it regularly.
Each Sunday in Sunday school we discuss the scripture for an hour this year we are studying the New Testament. Last year we studied the Old Testament and next year we will study the Book of Mormon.

Actually Christ is mentioned a lot more times in the BOM than the whole Old Testament and New Testament as well.
