Someone just asked me via text if i like this person(and that person is prolly right next to her) but I dont like the person. How do I say that nicely?

You do two things, you say nothing negative about the person, and you remind yourself that the person who put you in that position in the first place, isn't really your friend.
You can always say you don't know the person very well, but she seems nice enough.
That's noncommittal and acceptable, but doesn't mean you like her.

You don't... no need to be hateful. You're not expected to like everyone. Just say you don't feel comfortable answering that question...

i agree with justagrandma. tell them that you dont really know them that well, so you cant say one way or the other, but theyre "okay." and let it drop.
