I know that sounds a little weird, lol, but it seriously delights me so much to meet others who think how I think. It is very rare in the area of the country that I live in to find free thinkers.

Answer True or false for each statement:

1) The Earth is approximately 6,000 years old.

2) All life forms on Earth share a common, intentionally designed, beginning.

3) The first human being ever was Adam and he lived in the Garden of Eden.

Please record your answers from above before responding to the final short answer question:

Provide an answer: If evolution is true, why are there still monkeys.?

Please grade your own answers and feel free to compare them to your neighbor's answers. If you responded "true" to any of the first three questions, report yourself for remedial help.

Can't they stop imagining for one second what's going on behind closed doors? I just think it's none of my business. Are they afraid they might have a tendency to make the wrong "choice"?

I'm aware of the abomination passage in Leveticus.
But the Bible also says
-A young girl should marry her rapist.
-A piece of wood falling out of a book is sufficient evidence in a criminal case.
-A woman that gets raped in the city is just as guilty as her rapist. (She should have called for help since her honor is more important than her life). I think the underlying assumption is she must have enjoyed it.

Hardly anybody is suggesting these archaic beliefs should be applied today. So what's the obsession with homosexuality. I am not a homosexual and therefore, it doesn't bother me what other people do.
What's the problem here?

i'm not talking about perfection or excellence, just good. some thing that is good cannot be perfect, or else we wouldn't have words like better or best. if something is good and good means perfect, you can't have something be more perfect or the most perfect. so what is good? and why does the bible teach us that no one is good?

Is it because they know everything, or is it that they are so unteachable they do not even realize their unwillingness to learn? I am just wondering. I am not pointing fingers here. Well not specifically anyway. Just curious. Whaddya think?

Most of his supporters that I know are Italian and it is that Italian thing. OK. I understand ethnic loyalty. But what does he have to offer?

I can't see him taking on Putin except in a brawl and as Guilianai walked out to the alley to fight, Putin would simply push a button and blow up New York.. Well, you know what I mean. Even Putin has more class and is more Presidential. I am really interested in understanding this.

Thanks.

how can you reconcile His message with mohammad's?
in my Bible, which i have actually read on my own quite a bit, the only message i get is some form of love. love yourself, love your neighbors, love your enemies....

forgive me, because there is this possibility that i don't know what i'm talking about, but 2+2 is not adding up to 4 here.

the idea is that in heaven god will be the supreme and only ruler, right? also, feudal words like "king", "lord", and the Persian imperial title "king of kings" still persist in popular Christian speech.

so why do "we" tolerate this mere republic? why can't we declare Jesus the supreme lord and king of the world and have officers run the government in his name? surely the government of heaven is good enough for the government of earth, right?

If what prophets are told become scripture, where is it today? If nothing can be added to John, then all of the Apostle's writings are false except John, for all have been added. Has there has been a prophet since John? If so, where is his writings/scripture?
