If you are talking about a specific item: muy bueno (for a masculine noun)/muy buena (for a feminine noun)
muy buenos/muy buenas (for more than one masculaine/feminine nouns respectively).

If you just want to say :"Very good" generally, then "Muy bien"

The correct translation is "Muy Bueno".

A common misconception is to use "Muy bien", which actually translated into "very well" not "very good"
