I got it for three dollars at the salvation army, it is in excellent condition, no rust, but a little sticky, I want to clean it up, but the ladies there, said no soap, no water. They said to just grease it. Will some stranger has used it and I first want to sterilize it before I cook in it. Someone said I could burn it, I guess heat it up until red hot and then put oil in it. Also I have a smooth top stove, afraid if I heat it to red hot, it will cause my stove top to break. I know some of you seniors have used iron sklllets to cook in. What do I do?

For each of the holidays I want you to name something you would decorate your house with, oh see these examples

Your birthday- Ballons, party hats, music,

Christmas- I would wear the colors red and green, I would decorate the tree with garland, candy canes, lights,

you are to tell me what things would you wear to celebrate the holidays I will list below, also tell me what things would you decorate say for EXAMPLE
&)your birthday- you would say something like
I would decorate my birthday cake, I would wear my new out fit,
I would decorate my tables with cool colored table cloths, I would make candy bags,
another example is
Halloween- you would say some like I would WEAR my costume, I would WEAR Halloween make up, I would put on errie music, I would use orange and black table cloths for my Halloween party- I hope you get these example now here are the holidays

Lined the outside peak of the house with lights but the extension cord is too heavy and is pulling the lights down. How do you plug in the lights without it pulling them down. The electrical socket is not at the top of the house it's near the bottom.

My professor's father was sick and has now passed away. She has been going to California to see him and now to make the funeral arrangements. She's missed many weeks of class because of this. However, she has been absolutely wonderful, and e-mails our class with all sorts of assignments, and has really kept track of what's going on here. I am really appreciative (as we are just a gen-ed class), and also really sorry for her loss. I'd like to give her a sympathy card, but it is close to finals as well and I don't want it to look like I'm trying to kiss up to get a good grade. I usually don't give cards or gifts to professors for this reason.

What do you think? In this case would a sympathy card or a thank you note be appropriate, or should I just say my thoughts to her in person?

How do you hang lights around doors and windows. Do you use suction cups? Also how do you get a clean line of lights around all windows. Some people have their house perfectly outlined where there is no cross over of lights in places they shouldn't be. They perfectly outline every window and door without it looking sloppy.

1- Do you know that Islam obligates Muslims to respect other religions ?
2-Do you know that Islam orders Muslims not to force anyone to embrace islam ?
3- Do you know that Islam obligates Muslims to help and protect jews or christians or any other if they ask for help and protection from a muslim?
4-Do you know that we are ordered to believe in christianity and jewess?

Sometimes in my everyday environment I see friends of friends that I recognize from having seen pictures of them online, but whom I have never actually met. I find it likely that these people might recognize me too. Should I pass by without saying hello? Would it seem too weird to introduce myself?

I convert into catholicism when I was 12. I am 23 now, and I still attend church regularly, and am active in Church activities. Recently I was having a discussion with some other Christian friends (from another church) and the topic of suicide came up.

I am strongly against Suicide, I consider suicide as an act of killing, which God stongly prohibits of us. And people who attempt suicide, I was taught (and I believe all along), will not be accepted into heaven.

However, my other friends interjected me, saying that as long as you have accepted Christ in your life, you are guaranteed into heaven. Even if you commite suicide.

Somehow I don't agree with this.

What do you guys think?

Ok im not one of those people that whine about rascim as i could care less about what people of other races or my own race thinks about me. But whats up with all the rascist comments on youtube after a video with a black or mexican in it. I for once would like to get feed back on the video itself besides reading that crap.No matter what the video is or about if it has a black or mexican in it you can bet a rascist white person is going to add there 2 cents. Kinda humorous but sad, but my question is if they hate blacks and mexicans so much then why do they continuously lurke and watch these videos. You tube has thousands of other videos to watch but you continously watch them. Somethings not adding up if you know what i mean. Anybody else see's this??

Why is it that everyone that isn't LDS feels a compulsion to bash the Mormons?

a) ignorance? Do they rant and launch tirades because they don't understand what Mormonism is about?
b) afraid to explore? Are they afraid that learning about Mormonism could contaminate their own understanding?
