Many of such already do. Many Christian groups are the state religion of their country and require membership, only allow their religion to perform religious/church weddings that "count", force baptism on infants or cause parents to lose their work.

It is only likely to get worse.

No, I'm a Christian and I've never forced my beliefs on anyone. I don't even talk about my beliefs unless a) I'm asked directly or b) it actually has to do with something that's being discussed. I'm sure there are some Christians who are the zealot type and would force their beliefs on people, but as for me and the Christians I know, nope.

No,

We believe in redemption and free will.

You cannot force anyone to believe.

And we are not to judge the eternal souls of others, which is what you are doing when you kill people that break religious law, you are saying that there is no possibility for redemption for that person, so they must be killed.

Christians believe in a forgiving God, and we don't believe that we can judge the souls of others.

So you have nothing to worry about from Christians.

Peace be with you!

As a Christian, I say absolutely not. Someone has to willingly/voluntarily confess their sins and their belief that Jesus is God's Son and be baptized. If one is forced, they don't truly believe, so they won't be saved anyway. So what's the point.

I am a Christian and I would not want my belief "forced" on anyone.

I personally don't believe it is possible to "force" a belief of anything on a person. "Belief" will reside in ones heart and God will judge that heart.

I believe everyone should hear the truth, but it is up to each to choose to accept or reject that truth.

the Fundy Evangelicals would love America to become a Christian theocracy, to have their interpretations of Biblical law instituted on all Americans. they voted in the most smirkingly corrupt presnit TWICE because they imagined he is one of them and would do their bidding. they'd love to be The Christaban, enforcers of their god's laws.
