Hey! I want to know what can I buy for all my friends? I have many friends, like everyone in my class is my friend, so i don't know. I need something low priced. I was thinking of giving everyone candy-canes with a ribbon tied on it with a note card saying "Merry Christmas!" or something, and my closest friends like a friendship doll or something. What do you think I should get for my closest friends AND my class? Thanks in advance!

put this restriction of its citizens? Seems like Africa is freer and less ignorant in these matters.

Is there a difference between "believe in what I believe or else you'll roast on Satan's BBQ forever" and someone pointing a gun to your head saying "conform to what I believe or else!!"

What's with all the bloody violence? I don't see much love, or respect for other cultures there, I see "conform or die".

Your thoughts?

I've read and been taught that you should not place it on the table because it's rude to place a dirty napkin on a table with food so you should place it on your chair. But I've read lately that placing it on your chair is rude (you don't want to touch your mouth with a napkin that has been on the seat of a chair) and that you should place it folded to the left of your dinner plate. I have searched online and found both- which is true and under what circumstances?

In light of Ezekiel 28:13-15 and Hebrews 1:5, how can Satan and Jesus be brothers (as the Mormons teach)? (note: Satan was created)

What if they are using your credulity to take advantage of you?
Religion was established to manipulate the minds of the populace and make them meek and easily controllable.
Think about it if you like yourself.

If baptism for the dead was a Christian ceremony, why did Paul use the pronoun “they” rather than “we” or “ye”? Why did he exclude himself and other Christians when referring to it? (I Cor. 15:29)

The CIA had an opening for an assassin. After all the background checks, interviews, and testing were done, there were three finalists ... two men and a woman. For the final test, the CIA agents took one of the men to a large metal door and handed him a gun.

"We must know that you will follow your instructions, no matter what the circumstances. Inside this room, you will find your wife sitting in a chair. Kill her!!!"

The man said, "You can't be serious. I could never shoot my wife." The agent said, "Then you're not the right man for this job. Take your wife and go home."

The second man was given the same instructions. He took the gun and went into the room. All was quiet for about five minutes. Then the man came out with tears in his eyes. "I tried, but I can't kill my wife." The agent said, "You don't have what it takes. Take your wife and go home."

Finally, it was the woman's turn. She was given the same instructions, to kill her husband. She took the gun and went into the room. Shots were heard, one shot after another. They heard screaming, crashing, banging on the walls. After a few minutes, all was quiet. The door opened slowly and there stood the woman. She wiped the sweat from her brow.. "This gun is loaded with blanks,” she said. "I had to beat him to death with the chair."

I had a crush on a guy... ok? no big deal right?.
Then I don't know what happened but after he told me he might want to date me, the feelings left me...
I've been praying about this.. and it gets me nervous 2 have to make a decision like this. He is a great guy, don't get me wrong... He's fabulous, but is it wrong to date someone JUST for their character? Would the person feel horrible if you told them you wanted to date them for who they were on the inside?
Also. he is shorter and he's different ethnicity... but it shouldnt matter right? ...
It isn't a big deal unless I make it a big deal right???

In Acts 28:17 - Pual calls the chief Jews together and they say, "We neither received letters out of Judaea concerning thee, neither any of the brethren that came shewed or spake any harm of thee.
22 But we desire to hear of thee what thou thinkest: for as concerning this sect, we know that every where it is spoken against."
(KJV)

If Peter had preached in Rome, why would Paul go there?

Rom 15:20
20 Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man's foundation:
(KJV)

If Peter was in Rome when the Book of Romans was written, why didn't Paul greet Him?

It is not written anywhere in the Bible that Peter was in Rome.
When the claim is made, it should be treated like any other claim. We should look into the New Testament to see if it can be substantiated.

If the New Testament were silent, I would be too. But what we find is proof Peter was not there before 60 A.D. without a doubt.
