Women have the right to go topless, just like men, in Canada! But I suppose it's not ever going to be up for a vote that we can go pants and undie-less.

a. America is a country. Africa is a continent. A continent is composed of smaller jurisdictions/territories referred to as states. Thought you might need to have that clarified.
b. I don't know if this necessarily belongs in religion and spirituality
c. seriously? is that your real question?
d. no country is ever truly "free" in the sense that you are interpreting it. every society has a code of conduct
e. people in africa wear clothes for the most part. there are cities there you know
f. if people aren't wearing clothes there, then it is probably because they are too busy worrying about water, food, disease, etc.

You think that if people were naked the USA wouldn't be Ignorant. Also there are people in Africa who do were clothing. Stop making Africa seem like a place where all people do is walk naked. I am a Proud AA

Because in America, some censorship is required. Some mothers don't want their young children questioning about certain reproductive organs.
Personally, I wouldn't care. But I can hardly control the laws here.

Africa is a continent, not a country. There are some countries in Africa that are much more more strict about nudity than America.

America carries the Laws of God so cover your nakedness or get a one way flight to Africa where you can run naked. Just don't try doing it in America or you will be arrested by the law.

Yes, it is a free country....if you aren't disturbing the peace. Like one person said earlier, there are certain legal nudist colonies in the US.
