Jesus told the devil, man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God, Mathew 4:4. And the Word became flesh& dwelt among us,& we beheld His glory the glory As of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace & truth, John 1:14. Jesus the Word of God nourishes our souls & spirits. Yes Jesus is the Bread of life. Peace!!!

Yes, His flesh is true food and his blood is true drink for our soul. The meaning of flesh &blood is the soul.To intake that soul one has to understand PERFECTY about nature of that soul.Then imitate that soul by enjoing its each and every nature.then that soul will get an upper hand over your soul.
