Where does the history channel get the idea that nostradmus predicted the end of the world in 2012? Did he really say that the world will end in 2012 or is it an interpretation by some weird author/scholor or person who came up with the idea that he is hinting towards 2012?

Plus do u know anything about this lost book supposldey from him that contains "prophetic" images of the future?

apart from the times i ignore God because i ould rther do something else (too lazy to pray)...i think my greatest sin is intolerance ....of my faith, of my Church and especially of my God....within that intolerance is my firm opinion (erroneous i know!!) that i am right and those that disagree with me r idiots. many apologies to those on this site i have called an idiot...what say you?

He told me not to get offended if I can't handle the truth. Granted, I asked, but then I couldn't help but to be offended. I just thought I was a bit clumsy. I tell people that I like to read when I first meet them. It's just hard to balance people's opinions when you get nervous.

for school i had to find an explorer that was a minority, and i found Roald Amundsen, who's a Norwegion polar explorer.
i asked my brother if Norwegion people are minorities, but he said it was arguable.
do you think that my teacher would say Norwegion people don't count as minorities? or would he let it go? because apparently a caucasion is not a minority, and thats all he said about it.

(in only in 8th grade, so dont give me some technical answers or anything)

I am creating a romantic halloween dinner tonight for my husband and I. I am looking for some sort of drink I could make. I have 7-up, Ginger Ale, Apple juice, Grape Juice, and Cranberry Juice, and Pepsi. Do you have any ideas? I am 6 months pregnant so it must be non-alcoholic.

And although a lot of European Spaniards have thin lips I've noticed---like ultra thin actually---the Mexicans and other Latin-Americans who are mixed with Spanish have very full lips usually like the singer Selena, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Alba who is half,etc. However I'm white with very full lips naturally. But I am just wondering if the full lips trait in hispanics comes from the European mixture or if the full lips were a trait of the Aztecs, Incas or other Indians they are mixed with?

Okay my friend came down with cancer. Me and my other friend wanna do a stand for her to collect money for her. We already have a jar with pics of her for money and paper for people to sign incase something goes wrong they get their money back. Problem is, we don't have a table and don't have a store to stand in front of. What can we do? What do we ask in order to use the front doors to stand at and ask for donations? I recently watched a television program that showed the drug problem in Norway. The junkies there looked exactly like the junkies in my neighborhood, crack pipes and all . I thought Europeans where to verile and educated to do drugs. Are there any other European countries that have such a big drug problem?

I am fairly new to my church and really like it there, but something happened today that is really upsetting me. I go to a smaller church, and I have a 13 month old baby boy. When I took him back there today the pastors wife was there until the other girls came to watch the little ones for service. Well after church was all done I go to get Logan and a couple of other moms come and get their little ones and are gone. Well the girls that were watching the tots just left the nursery and didnt make sure that all of the moms came for thir kids. The pastors wife has a boy 2 weeks older than mine and he was just sitting on the floor with a regular cup full of red juice and his mom wasnt there to get him yet. They just left the room like their job was all done!! What if that would have been my baby???? I am very upset about this, am I over reacting? Who should I bring this too....I dont want to leave Logan in these girls care anymore at all.

Did you know that your name is already in that book, before you were born? Did you know that God already knew what we would do, and is here for us anytime we need Him to help us through something? God loves us and knows exactly what we are going through, God took Jesus, free and perfect from sin, something not a one of us would ever be able to accomplish, since we are born into sin, born into the ability to lie, cheat or steal, if we think we were righteous, we deceive ourselves, Jesus was free from sin, and went to that cross, as a final sacrifice so that are sins could be banished, so that we could become new, and we should accept that gift and not fight it, God knows every detail about us, and wants us to come to Him, why do so many turn God down for unbelief and fall directly into satans hands, that is just too hard for me to not understand why you would say I don't care where I go to Your Father.
