Spells are the same thing as prayers. Do prayers work?

Spells work for those that believe in them. Or rather how they are interpreted. Some people say voodoo isnt real, yet for the people who are brought up to believe in it then it is very real. Look at the bible - cos apparently God does exist... (remains to be seen) Jesus walked on water, fed 5000 with 2 loaves of bread and however many fish. If that isnt real then how can God exist. Keep an open mind because not everything is black and white.

Yes, they do if performed by an educated and sincere practitioner. Most of the "crap" sayers are dabblers that get the idea that "hocus pocus------POOF!" is supposed to make them rich or put warts on their enemies or get them a girlfriend like Jennifer Biel. Spells will never work for them because 1) they do not have faith and 2) they are unrealistic in their goals. I agree that spells are like prayer. You wouldn't expect God to park a BMW in front of your house just because you pray for one. Shortsighted greed is not the purpose of spell.

They work for me. I think that the people out there who say that it is crap have never tried to work with magick. Try it for yourself and see what happens.

I wish they would, you could get even with everyone that has done you wrong in the past. you could make them do the most embarrassing things to make themselves look like an idiot, I think if you are into some form of witchcraft then yes you would believe they will work.

if you are truly aware of yourself,
no one Else's energy can violate your space
so no, they do not work,
even though some who do try to manipulate the energy say they do, I have yet to see sound evidence.

I don't know about spells but curses do, I have put a curse on a few people and you would not believe what happened to them.

Depends on what you want it to do. If its something waaaaaaay out then no, if its something like helping someone heal or more confidence, it can't hurt, in my opinion being able to do something makes you more proactive and feel better so where's the harm?
