I realize your question is meant to ridicule Christianity, but I too have wondered how Jesus was as a child. He was perfect, however as a child you arent sinning until a certain age of accountability. So while showing noble characteristics, I'm sure, Ill bet he had one or two tantrums with the rest of the two year olds.

as people did not eat dinner then, I do not know... they ate a really big breakfast (goat cheese, olives, flatbread and then ate late lunch (some meat if they were fortunate, chickpeas, more bread...
