Good question.
I'll try to give you a serious answer.
Think about it... how many things in your life do you depend on but not understand?
I know that when I flip the switch for the light to come on it comes on, I don't know if the power comes from a wind turbine, or a reactor or a coalfired plant, and I don't know what plant it comes from or how far it goes to get transmitted to me, or what it's original voltage was, or how many transformers it went through or why tungsten is the best fillament for a light bulb or any of that... I just know that when I turn on the light the power is there and it works.
I don't know a whole lot about where the gas in my car comes from... could be Saudi Arabia or West Texas or Venezuela or Kuwiat or Canadian Oil Sands... I don't know where or when or how it was refined, or how it was transported or if it came to my town by truck or a pipeline... I just know that it costs me $2.85 a gallon and it works in my car.
I don't know how the medicines I take work. I just know that the doctor says "take three of these each day with meals for two weeks" and I feel better when I'm done.
I don't know how the ingredents come together to make a cake, or how the chemicals in detergent get the sweat out of my clothes or why bleach makes whites whiter. There is a lot of chemistry involved and its all over my head.
Faith is the same way. I don't know a lot of the why's and how's about God... I just know that He is real and he keeps his word.

Doubt and faith are two sides of the same coin. Neither is absolutely right nor wrong. You might as well ask how to live with only a right arm so you can cut off the left.

I am very thankful for what Apostle Paul said, "Let God be true and every man a liar." The lies of evolution taught me that doubting God was a dumb thing to do.
And then Paul knew what I'd be going through because he said to Timothy, "O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings(TV,Media, Edcation, etc) and oppositions of science (evolution) falsely so called."1 Timothy 6:20

I don't think you can. I just know from my personal experience that frequently working through that doubt makes my faith stronger.

No matter what you believe (or don't believe), you will have periods of doubt. If you're doubting God the solution is simple. Pray and ask him to show himself to you again. Ask him to renew your faith. He won't leave you hanging.

Everyone doubts from time to time. It is part of our frailty as humans. This is nothing to worry about, it's very normal.

If you doubt you get a chance to thrust your hand inside Jesus body...!!!
John 20:27 (KJV) Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and THRUST IT INTO MY SIDE: and be not faithless, but believing.
I missed this part in Mel Gibson movie... I want to see it again!
