And although a lot of European Spaniards have thin lips I've noticed---like ultra thin actually---the Mexicans and other Latin-Americans who are mixed with Spanish have very full lips usually like the singer Selena, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Alba who is half, etc. However I'm white with very full lips naturally. But I am just wondering if the full lips trait in hispanics comes from the European mixture or if the full lips were a trait of the Aztecs, Incas or other Indians they are mixed with?

I would believe so. Most Amerindians did have full lips, so yes I'm guessing that's where many latinos do get fuller lips from. Also, most Dominicans, Afro-Cubans, and some Puerto Ricans also have African ancestry which also contributes to their lips.

I also noticed a lot of Meditteraneans have full lips too though, and they are considered white (Italians, Greeks, etc...), so not all Europeans have thin lips either.

Throughout the Latino population wherever the Spanish invaded, they brought slaves with them. Eventually the African slaves would have to replace Native slaves because they would die out from Smallpox. That includes Mexico. Brazil is known as the country with the larget pop. of and highest percentage of mixed African blood. Colombia is yet another.
