I recently watched a television program that showed the drug problem in Norway. The junkies there looked exactly like the junkies in my neighborhood, crack pipes and all . I thought Europeans where to verile and educated to do drugs. Are there any other European countries that have such a big drug problem?

This past summer while I was living for 6 months in europe, i personally saw two different young men walking down the streets in Budapest sniffing glue. You could smell the glue as they passed by. Very sad thing to see.
