I personally believe my church is the true church, but I also believe that anyone in other churches can go to Heaven as well...and of course I believe some people in my own church may not make it into Heaven(because there are bad people in all walks of life)...

So my question is why, if you're a TRUE believer in Christ, and you have faith the size of a mustard plant(bigger than a mustard seed) then why does it matter what church you attend?

Would you rather:

A) Learn a language with CHARACTERS rather than alphabet so that there will be less spelling mistakes and more meaning in words but more learning?

No more than 5,000 characters to memorize

or

B) Learn a ALPHABET type language which will be easier to learn but will have trouble spelling and some words that are not memorized will have no meaning?

No more than 10,000 Words to memorize

I am planning of making a WORLD language that's why I asked

Halloween is a devil's holiday according to some people like myself. No, the Bible doesn't mention anything about Halloween in general but it does mention things about removing yourself of all evil and such and Halloween is obviously an evil holiday, ghosts, monsters, demons, etc..

Bible verses i have found that relate to this topic are..

1 Thessalonians 5:21-22 ("Test everything. Hold on to the good. Avoid every kind of evil.")
3 John 1:11 ("do not imitate what is evil")
Romans 12:9 ("abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good.")

So in conclusion halloween should not be celebrated due to the fact that it is the Devil's holiday and has a ton of evil related to it. Glory the Lord not the Devil.

I try REALLY hard to trust in God, but I am so worried about what He wants me to do with my life that Im not really trusting in Him. I'm so worried about what I do to take the steps to get there (and i have no idea where 'there' is) that Im not just letting it happen. I dont know how to just let it happen. I'm taking on the actions, like 'I have to figure out what God wants of me and I have to make it work' and thats not trusting in God.

My boyfriend has just recently admited to having a gay experience with another couple, before we got it together. It was a married couple, although the man was bisexual. He said that he only gave the guy a BJ and visa versa but he didn't go any further. He said it was wrong for him and was just curious and now totally regrets it. He said that there were no kissing involved and that he never went all the way, he was more interested in the girl than the bloke. Could he be in denial?

John 15:19 says that the world will hate us. If we really love God, will people that are worldly be uncomfortable around us? And conversly, if we are very comfortable around people openly sinning....what does that say about us?
