Faith only comes through the Word of God.
Prayerfully read the Scriptures, especially the New Testament and Psalms.

Maybe some scripture will make things a little more clear for you. Let me find them real quick. Matt 6:25-34
25"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? 26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life[b]?
28"And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? 31So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' 32For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Do you remember when Jesus was asleep on the boat and the disciples thought they were going to drown from the storm they were in? Jesus told them, why do you have such little faith? When Jesus is with you, you don't have to worry about ANYTHING, EVER! It doesn't matter if it seems like you are going to drown, Jesus knows exactly where you are and what you are going through. You can have such peace with that in mind. Just pray for guidance and follow where He leads.

Why trust God more when Jesus said go into your prayer closet and pray and make sure your eyes becomes one so your body becomes light. It means go and meditate on the third eye until the Gods power comes through the chakras. This is Gods way of being inside of us to find peace and you have his power to live in this world.

You are unnecessarily worried. Allah, who is the only God till eternity and beyond, has created humans also for His praise and prayers has left the option of doing this by people in accordance with the guidance given by His chosen Prophets the last being Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). How best you do it is your choice and remember Allah is the Know-er of all that you do openly and whatever is hidden in your heart. Allah knows the strength and weaknesses of his creation the best part is he does not criticize you openly and has left the judgment at your own conscience.

So much worrying means that you don't trust God at all. That's a sin. Your soul will burn for all eternity if you don't give your life to Him without question.

Pray for His will in your life. Give your life, and everything in it to God. Constant prayer, church, and reading your Bible, the closer your walk, the closer you become to His will. God bless.

I still can't understand why you should trust or praise Him especially when He is considered as the most powerful.

Suggestions?
Try retyping your question and replace every instance where you say "God" with "Santa Claus"... then you will see the irony of your question in the first place.
Free your mind and live your life.
