I adore the song by the Pointer Sisters
"Jump, Jump, for my love." That will get me moving every time.
I loved, loved, loved being in Jazzercise, listening to all the new music and working off pounds while enjoying myself. Also, loved the song "Call me Al" by Paul Simon. I guess you already know that, though.
Land of a Thousand Dances.
Dance.
Crocodile Rock.
Saturday night's all right.
And never forget the first one that started the whole thing : Rock around the Clock.
But, if they would get rid of the remote control for the TV, I wonder how many pounds I would lose now.

I like 'Dancing in the Dark' by Bruce Springsteen, it was one of my husband and my favorite songs when we were dating.

Creedence Clearwater Revival. I saw John Fogerty recently and he looks WONDERFUL! Can you attribute it to all that sex and drugs and rock and roll?

Personally, the sound of a fire alarm does it every time, regardless of the rythym. My problem isn't a couch, it is a seat at a computer typing endlessly at work or here. AT this point, I would welcome the sound of a fire alarm! :-) Phil
