I went there because 'in a handbasket' pointed out that she was prevented from posting questions in Bullfighting. It was too tempting to resist trying, so here I also have now FAILED at posting a question in Bullfighting. I was going to try to go to the questions in that category by linking back to them from Laura's profile, but that didn't work, because she's got her Q's and A's marked 'private.'

Don't you think if someone is going to be a 'Best Answers' top person, everyone should be allowed to look at their questions and answers? Or at LEAST their answers?

how did the human body come to exist. it is made perfect with every organ having its own functions. inside parts doing there job to keep you alive and a heart pumping blood thru your body without having to be turned on. that did not just fall into place.

Neurologists have created "religious experience" by stimulating the brain both chemically and electrically. The participants report feeling close to God. Additionally, those who have temporal lobe epilepsy often have "religious" internal experiences.

What makes the religious experience, then, anything more than a common biological experience brought on by stress or forms of epilepsy (and thereby not supernatural in origin)?

STOP THE MADNESS! its religion, big deal. if you really wanted to confront sum1, u would do it in their face. plus this is the R&S category, filled with religious people, who are expected to do gods word and live under jesus' name. so why are you bashing someone who gave their opinion? get over it u guys its over. i believe atheists have proven their side more than the christians, but at the same time, their thesis is still uncertain. if your going to live ur life with hatred in ur heart, ur truely not living under gods word. yall should be making an example to atheists. all u guys have done is act childish. atheists too, but from what i have seen, not nearly as bad. so make up you guys. im going to bed. good night.

Everybody has encountered a person who thinks that every single thing that happens in their life is authored by God. The near miss at the red light, the person they met in line at the bank, the song on the radio, the burnt toast..... What do you think?

I've heard many talk about innacuracies... can we know what the Bible says... and if God's words are so important, how do we know that we have them. Is there an every word Bible, and if not, how do we KNOW for a FACT which words are correct and which words are faulty? After all, His word is truth, and we are only made free when we KNOW the truth

Even printed here - people are confused.

Why do I care? Why do I want strangers to understand so badly? I mean I use simple words - so I will understand myself - and still people are confused.
Is there a record of Holy Spirit giving anyone the gift of confusion?

Just something I was thinking about the other day. Christians believe in the Trinity. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Look at the Bible and who is working when. The Old Testament the Father was working. He was the one who was visible in the World. Then we have Jesus who starts the New Testament. He comes in and brings grace. He brings salvation to man and then He returns to Heaven. Now we are in the time of the working of the Holy Spirit. He is calling men to Christ. He is baptizing. Just a thought I had. What do you think?

Also I know the three work together and are one and all three worked throughout history. I am just looking at which aspect of God was the one working specifically at times.
