The talking serpent is my favorite little oddity.
Seriously, science completely debunks the *entire* Genesis creation story. There is scientific proof of how/when the earth formed, and it has nothing to do with the fairy tale called Genesis.

k, here's an easy one.
genetic quality.
we would all be deformed retards if we all came from the gene stock of two people (especially if one of them was "made from the other")
science can prove itself, and science says our genes could not have possibly came from just 2 original people.
wanna see proof? go look at some back woods mofos... ::shivers::
ok, imma do 2. sorry
ok, genesis says the world is 6 thousand years old.
um... c'mon, we live in the time of the micro chip, people going into space... hell, people can put food into a little box, push some buttons, and in 30 seconds,, Presto! hot food.
all this science (yes, our good old logical, provable friend)
also has this cool thing called "carbon dating"
we can tell how old things are from this amazing technique, and it tells us the world is more like 4 billion years old.
ok. i'm good with 2... although there is hundreds.

Adam and Eve - their children married people who were not concieved by A&E, but no mention of the creation or origin of these others. The logic breaks down completely if you try to shoe horn it into being literal truth.

God created light, and darkness.
This is stupid, because there is no such thing as "darkness". There is only varying degrees of "light," from extremely bright to extremely dim, or complete absence of light. You can turn on the light, but you can't turn on the dark!

It's much easier to believe in a talking snake, then it is to try and imagine a way of realistic salvation apart from sacrifice. It's the necessity of Jesus's sacrifice that makes all other seeming oddities believable.
