Something extraordinary happened to me today, and I thought I’d share it here for those who are questioning whether God exists or not.
This morning at church, during the praise and worship time, I suddenly had a notion to get up and say something to the congregation. (This is what it means when people say the “heard from God”, you just get and idea from nowhere.)
Now, how my church does things, is after we sing, we take a break and grab some coffee and snacks before we listen to the preacher. During that time we can go up and tell the preacher that we heard something from God. So, at the break that’s what I did.
I told Dave, my pastor, that I had a word from God and I would like to share it today.
He kinda squinted his eyes, and said, “Well, today’s not really good; God’s been dealing with me all week to change my sermon for this morning and what He gave me, will take up a lot of time. But…well, go ahead and tell me what He told you.”

I saw a test that was conducted and found the results interesting. I know I am going to get arguments that there are intelligent religious people, and there is no doubt about that. This is only on average.

The Cronicles of Narnia, most christians seem to think this story is somekind of picture of the gosple I just dont see it. I see a story of magic, witchcraft and magical creatures. Everything the word of god tells me he is against. You can"t put a spin on the word of god. HELP

I asked for help earlier and I have been called a scammer and a liar. I really wish I had never signed on and asked anyone for help. I will sit here a die before I will ask for help ever again. For the people who think I am lying here is the printout from my power company. I apologize for bothering everyone. I will not do it again. I got an invitation for a destination wedding. Even though the wedding is in 2 months, the postmark on the envelope was sent 8 days before the coulple wanted the RSVP card sent back to them. I got it in the mail 1 day after they wanted it back.
I had no choice but to decline because that was not enough time for me to make travel plans. So, I called the bride to RSVP because I actually got the invitation AFTER the requested date.
Today the bride called to complain that I hadn't sent the return card back! WHAT?!
Please, tell me what is the proper amount of time to expect a return RSVP for a destination wedding. Did I do the wrong thing?
