What is the weirdest thing that ever happened to you during a spell or ritual? My lights just like to flicker a lot!

Honestly I started gagging out of nowhere once. To this day I do not know why.
I have candles around my little altar to represent the full moons, and I light the ones for each month along with the ones that have passed by. I was lighting them and gagged. Lucky I didn't drop the match. I'm emetophobic, so this was a big deal for me.

A vortex opened up and a mighty surge of golden coins from a by gone era poured into the room, sure enough they filled the corner to the very ceiling! The candle light grew very bright and a strange bent little creature suddenly appeared a top the golden horde. It turned it's yellow eyes upon our company and scanned each and every one of us to our very own hearts. It saw into our souls and knew our thoughts and fears. With a spine chilling cackle it swept up the glittering pile; a kings ransom in each and every precious coin, and pushed them all back into the hole the vortex had left, then as suddenly as it had appeared it was gone and the hole closed up as if it had never been at all. The only reminder we had that it happened at all was each and every one of us had a white streak in our hair! That was the weirdest thing ever to happen during a spell being cast that I was in attendance of, very disturbing even now all these many years later. I can even feel the goose flesh on my skin as I write about this strange tale. Best it's forgotten for all time then to relive it ever again!!!

One time while doing a ritual a candle fly was flitting around disturbing me. So I caught it and tried to throw it out of my circle three times before it occurred to me why I couldn't throw it out. I watched this poor thing hit the sphere of my circle without it sinking in that I was just going to have to let it stay or open the circle. lol

The strangest thing was when I felt the presence of the Nymphae strengthen right before the omen-taking at an ADF ritual I was at.....

Weird, no. Surprising, very much so.
I asked the Gods a questions and had Odin show up. Just NOT who I was expecting in the least....still makes me chuckle.

If you unzip your fly in public, expect to get some comments. How in the hell can anyone profess to be a "witch" or "wiccan" and expect to be taken seriously anyway.
