I don't believe in God making His power as a Creator, Sustainer & Destroyer of this Universe as a fear tool for coercing people to follow the path laid out in the religious texts. It is out of Love, He set those rules for us. I believe, it should be out of Love for Him that we should follow them. I frequently see people quote verses like as though God says to do this & that, so do it or you shall be severely punished for it. He gave us freewill to choose between bad & good & to do good out of Love for Him & not out of fear or repercussions from Him. Your genuine opinions, please?

children, They say that all babies are identical in terms of their belonging to this or that national group. (the laws proclaim the same by the way)And it is very good I think. Lately a few christians have told me that the world itself is evidence of God. that the complicity of the world and humans and everything proves there is a God. But there are an infinite number of possiblities as to why this is. Why does it have to mean a God? Couldn't it very well be that things turned out this way because if they hadn't we wouldn't exist? we could have been something else altogether, i suppose, and we just happened to turn out the way we are. and the way the world works, while it seems complicated, may really just be the only way it could work.

IS it the Christian... that Knows About GOD... and does Not Really... KNOW GOD!

Does Murphy's law rule the realm of possibility, or is God the ruler? Why does Murphy's law only talk about negativity? Couldn't we remove the 'wrongs' from the equation and still have a valid theory?

I ask this because they don't have to love their fellow human being... they can chose to hate and war against who ever they see fit... if they should so chose....

Christians, how do you as a human and not factoring God into the equation put up with your own resentment of Atheists...???

I'm a Muslim and I don't listen to his rantings. He's crazy. He's completely anti Islamic. Islam says the highest education possible is mandatory for women, yet his guys kill women for fulfilling that. Islam says women may not be forced into marriages and are only below males in the physical strength department, yet his guys kidnap women and say women are second if anything. What kind of Muslim is this? It's not a Muslim, it's somebody trying to call their own humanity hating ways a religion and getting away with it. What do you think?

Charles Darwin, from his autobiography (1876)

"In October 1838, that is, fifteen months after I had begun my systematic inquiry, I happened to read for amusement Malthus on Population, and being well prepared to appreciate the struggle for existence which everywhere goes on from long- continued observation of the habits of animals and plants, it at once struck me that under these circumstances favourable variations would tend to be preserved, and unfavourable ones to be destroyed. The results of this would be the formation of a new species. Here, then I had at last got a theory by which to work".

So God's ideas can be explained as "Evolutionist" according to Darwin:

"The favorable variations (people who believe and accept the Christ), would be preserved, and unfavorable variations (people who reject or refuse to believe in the Christ), would be destroyed. The results of this would be a formation of a new species."

The new species being reborn in Christ, now a child of God.
