At the suggestion of Ms. Christy :) I read Richard Dawkins' article entitled Who Owns the Argument from Improbability?. Several times, actually, since it was a little difficult for me to understand since I am not a scientist, and am not pre-disposed to believing there is no god. I could use some clarification. I attempted to read the law of Thermodynamics to see how it related to evolution, but as I said I'm not a scientist so trying to comprehend it all made my head hurt :0) I hadn't heard of that before anyways so we'll leave that be. But it called the lack of intermediate fossils a falsehood... I always thought that there wasn't any as well.. can you point me in the direction of where I can read about these intermediate fossils? I have more questions about this article, but I'll start with this... Thanks!

I see so many people getting Social Security for disabilitys and they are still working 40 hrs. a week, just like before. They don't appear to have anything wrong with them. How do they qualify for disability if they can still work? People around here get it like handing out candy or ice cream. No wonder our budget is in deficit!

i am terrified of getting possessed by demons. i know this sounds stupid, but i am dead serious. i am a christian. i heard that demons are scared of religious objects, so if i wear a cross at night, will this protect me?? and also how can i get rid of my extreme fear???

because all I ever wanted was to be a top singer..But recently i've been feeling down and feeling like I woldn't make it because I asked my friends to rate my singing on a scale of 1-10 but the highest I got was a 9 (only one person said that) other than that I got on average 7-8, or 6 -7.5, but the thing is this was all I ever could have seen my self doing...And now... I don't know what to do it's like if I do that I don't really want to do anything else in my life it's like give me the ablitiy to sing or give me death that's how serious I am/was about it..But I don't know What should I do!!!!: (

I live in a 100 year old house on the eastern Montana praire. There are times when it moans and groans even when the wind isn't blowing and it is very still outside. I know about changes in temperature causing old wood to expand and contract and all that other scientific stuff to explain this but doesn't it sound like the house might actually be carring on a conversation with itself? You who live in an old house, does this happen or seem like it is to you? I find it comforting myself.

If I studied like on the weekends and read alot, and just wanted to become really educated and intelligent for school, would that be considered obsessive. I am going to take up some the South Asian(?) traits in their culture, and study AT LEAST..two-three hours a day outside of school. Would I be considered a nerdy loser if I did that though? I just really want to be aware of my surroudings involving things in which I am learning. Plus it will get me ready for college. Right? **Will this make me really intelligent if I am this passionate about education? Please tell me! <3

I was raised Christian as a younger kid, I would attend church, and I wore a cross necklace. But now, as a teenager.. I'm starting to question if I really believe in God. Being a Christian, I thought you weren't supposed to believe in the paranormal.. but I'm a clairvoyant. Would this make me non-Christian? Because I'm not exactly Atheist either. A little help?

how could the "spirits in prison", who lived during “Noah’s days”, be preached to by Christ after His death (1Pet 3:18-20) and how could the good news be "declared also to the dead" (1 Pet 4:5-6)? If the “spirits in prison” of 1Pet 3:19 refers to demonic angels, instead of the just people who died before the resurrection of Christ, then why would Jesus “preach” to demonic angels?

I have been watching those around me and so many people are falling away from the word of God to try to believe in what they believe God should be like. Also, what they think is good and right in their eyes instead of the bible?.... Why do you think this is? I think people should fall back on the same morals that we have had as christians for years I am afraid of getting away from the bible? God put the bible here for us for a reason. Is it possible that God truly is coming back soon?
