In no particular order... First, I am thankful to God for creating me, and Jesus for redeeming me with His death on the cross, and for rising again as the firstfruits, and that salvation is a free gift. I am especially thankful, because there is no way I could ever do a better job of saving myself than God can. I thank God for giving me my body, mind, talents, and the personality traits that cause me to work hard and try to achieve. I am thankful for the opportunities to learn and achieve and to reach out to the world, especially with the Gospel message (which is on my web site in 140 languages so far). I am also thankful for my family: my husband (whom God has blessed), our seven children, our seven grandchildren, my sister and family in Tennessee, and the four grandchildren who are in heaven (and I look forward to meeting them). I am thankful for whatever wisdom I have, and for the willingness to ask God to give me wisdom when I need it. I am thankful for my country, and the beauty God put here for us to enjoy and share. I am thankful for freedom and the right to object and protest if I don't agree with how things are done. I am thankful that people are turning against abortion and other forms of evil. I am thankful for the opportunity to travel to places of beauty and photograph them so I can share this beauty with people who cannot go there. I am thankful for the beautiful earth God created, out of nothing, and the unbelievable complexity of it. I am thankful for art and music and literature, and for all the other arts which God has created and given to us, and the people who have produced worthwhile things of beauty for the rest of us. I am thankful for the Bible, and the fact that it has been translated into so many languages, and that it and the Christian faith have transformed so many cultures and set the people free. I am thankful for the other beautiful people God has created, and especially for the ones it has been my privilege to get to know. I could probably write all night, but this will give you an idea.

Brother I'm truly deeply thankful that I do not have a day pass in my life where I don't have an opportunity and mercy to know and give my being to love the Lord. Everything else comes into perspective and falls into place after that. Each day has its sunshine and rain with thunder but the Lord can be experienced through it all. So many go through life not tasting and seeing that the Lord is so good. And I cannot fathom it...I'm thankful that as the Prodigal's Father, The Good Shepherd and The Sweeping Seeking Spirit God reaches us and looks for us as sinners( Luke 15).... I just thank Him for His eternal utter love for us.

I am thankful that I know the Lord. I know whatever the situations may be that come into my life, I have the Lord to help me thru. When things are too great for me to handle, I turn them over to Him & KNOW in His way He w/handle them for me. I thank Him for other Christians who are ALWAYS there to support & pray w/me. There is NOTHING too great that the Lord can't take care of. I thank Him for dying on the cross to save our sins, all we have to do is ask & we SHALL receive. He is a forgiving God, an understanding God, one who we can completely put our trust in & KNOW He is ALWAYS w/us. Regardless of what life hands us, we know that God's will be done. We have to trust Him that He knows our hearts & w/take care of us. So many times we wonder why things happen, don't know the answers. But, we do know that some day we w/find out the meaning of things when we meet Him face to face. Oh how I await the coming of the Lord. To take us from this world of sadness, sorrow, hate, & be w/Him throughout eternity. All His promises are TRUE, "if it were not so, I would not have told you". I truly am looking forward to spending my life w/Him & all my loved ones who are already w/Him. I'm just thankful for the grace of God who passes ALL understandings. Blessed be HIS name.

For the life God has afforded me... despite the pitfalls which are many... I am thankful every day... because I know that God is ever present in it.

I only pray that I am worthy of carrying His banner... through Jesus Christ... because I very often do not feel I am... so every day I thank Him for allowing me to live... and every day I try to keep my promise and witness at least once... to the wonder of His love... for everyone.

And share some of the miracles He has granted me.

God bless everyone:-)

I'm thankful that God loved me enough to send his son to save me from the eternal consequences of my mistakes; I'm thankful that God loved us enough to give us warnings about behaviors that can hurt us in this life; I'm thankful for my beautiful son who is a source of great joy and the most important learning experience in my life; I'm thankful that I had the opportunity to pursue an education that led to an awesome job that offers a lot of personal satisfaction; I'm thankful that I found a great church with a pastor that motivates me to examine my life and make relevant positive changes; I'm thankful that I have a few good friends that support me and listen to me and love me even when I make mistakes; I'm thankful that my dog hasn't eaten my new kittens; ...and for today at least, I'm thankful that you asked this question and gave me the opportunity to reflect on all the things I have to be thankful for in my life. Thanks!

That there truly is a loving GOD who truly did send HIS only begotten SON to save my life from death and destruction.

As those who were in my life hated me, abused me, rejected me, molested /sold me out to men from a bar, dressed me up and tried to train me to be a harlot, I was raised around the black magic arts, and trained by hit men. I was kept home from school to raise my brothers and sister, be my mother's nursemaid.

The list is a lot longer ,but LONGER yet is the GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY who knew me, and loved me long before I knew of HIS wonderful SAVING GRACE through HIS word and HIS SON CHRIST JESUS. AMEN

Good question! I'm thankful for my husband, our friends, our health (though his is not good), our families, our lives in general. I think we should all remember what we have to be thankful for all year round, not just at Thanksgiving.
