this is one that I struggle with personally. I'm sure we all have.

I am working hard to overcome what I perceive as this flaw of character. But I am curious to know:

Are you attempting to overcome this flaw in your character?
or do you feel that it is NOT a flaw but a natural defence mechanism?

It is said that there are very few athiest in foxholes. I used to think I was unsaveable until I was shown a little bit of hell, that in itself greatly improved my faith in the Lord, & no longer have to worry about my future.

For me, there is only one- California. No other state is like California. We are the melting pot of the United States, especially Southern California.We are the image presented to people around the world. Orange County, where I live, is the best county there is on this planet. every where else seems soo boring.. California can be its own country and have an economy in the world's top 10 economies. the only states that have a slight chance of competing with California are New York and Hawaii.

I'm pagan and my roommate is not, but she is fairly open minded. I want to have an alter, usually I use the top of my dresser, but that isn't going to work this year. Any advice on how I can creatively make this work?

Hmm... I've never celebrated Halloween before, in my country it is not celebrated and the 3 Halloweens I've had in the US were busy, in one I was moving, another one I was working and another one I was very busy on MySpace to go outside :P But when I was in DR I always wanted to go ask for candy and stuff.

I ask this because this would be my 1st Halloween being a Mormon and Halloween is celebrated Sunday night.... Sabbath Day. And, what does the church think about the Halloween beginings, do the church ban celebratin this Holiday?

it's Christian metal music. It's so badass. But the lyrics are so good. Not only is it hardcore, it's better than all that emo music or screamo music kids listen to these days.
