it's Christian metal music. It's so badass. But the lyrics are so good. Not only is it hardcore, it's better than all that emo music or screamo music kids listen to these days.

oh I also listen to Southern Rock music, but you can say it's gospel as well. It sings about the red letter king aka Jesus. cuz in the bible this words are written in red.

Is it that type where they scream? I think our music should reflect that we are different than the world, instead of looking like we want to be just like them. The way that you ask what we think about it, implies that you seek human approval. As if you are a cooler person because your music sounds like secular music. And BadA? What's with the language my friend? Do your words let people know that Jesus is your friend? I have a feeling that your words and attitude might be telling people something different. We need to be careful about our influence, and if what we say and do is truly bringing glory to God. Just something to think about.

i like Christian hardcore (and that i'm particularly old - 40-one). Bands like centred, NIV, Unashamed, conquer, focal element, the Blamed, the Crucified (lots of the old Stuff) plus August Burns purple and distinctive the greater moderen stuff is great. generally i come across it particularly is way less wishy washy than different sorts of music. besides the shown fact that it needs to be put in attitude - it particularly is merely music and no replace for the gospel.

Sounds good to me...I'm more into Christian "pop" but I've heard a few awesome "heavier" songs. Have any suggestions for an especially good group I could check out since the Christian radio stations in my area only play the softer stuff?

Hmm... I think it kicks major butt you listen to Christian metal/hardcore. I do to! Not a fan of country, though.
