I have been watching those around me and so many people are falling away from the word of God to try to believe in what they believe God should be like. Also, what they think is good and right in their eyes instead of the bible?.... Why do you think this is? I think people should fall back on the same morals that we have had as christians for years I am afraid of getting away from the bible? God put the bible here for us for a reason. Is it possible that God truly is coming back soon?

It is a shame that many are being decieved and lulled into allowing sin to enter the Church under the pressure of society, culture or the hypnotic, "God understands..."
Paleeze. Let's believe and live the Bible for what it says, not alter the interpretation to fit what we think it should be.

I believe in the bible and I love God and Christ. Now, I'm also smart and educated. The bible was inspired by God but it was written by men. Men then translated it wrong and rewrote and rewrote and changed and changed the versions until what we have left is a man's interpretation of what God wants us to learn and how He wants us to live. Women are the lowest of lows in the bible. Do you think that God wanted us to be treated lower than men? The same goes for Mary Magdaline, a supposed prostitute....she is more to Jesus in the versions that were deleted from the text we have today...I live a Christian life and live true to God's laws but men screw things up and so that's where the bible comes in...
Oh, and I don't mean what the Davinci Code was all about regarding Mary...not that much into Jesus but she was an important figure.

Absolutely, for many christians applying gods word into life means nothing, but profession of faith is all in vain. You will know them by their fruits, the most religious people I have found the first ones to lie for gain, steal for gain, and have no conscience for who they hurt, no remorse and no truth.
How can this be? Simple only those who do the will of the father, belong to the father. Not those who "say" they are christian. It is so scary, actually - the evil in some christians, and althought they are quite please with their own salvaiton their evil drives lost people away from god, rather than toward them.
These are the stumbling blocks, that god talks about...

They are majorly deceived by the master deceiver who is satan. They are not Christians, by them saying that they are, doesn't make it so. As much as we know God's word, that is how much we really know Him. And how can people be saved when they don't even know the Savior, they claim they believe in ???

i am no christian,however most cultures including your own point to an end of thing as we know them very soon,it is a time to strengthen your belief system.
