A friend of mine, who goes to college there, just came home on vacation. She was telling me about her experience. In Cuba there are zero homeless people, everyone is given the basic necessities for life such as: shelter, clothing and food. Medical care is even free and so is college and it's just as good as U.S colleges.

For a poor country that's really good, so my question is: Why doesn't America take care of it's people like that? In Cuba you still have to work but you are at least helped.

What Im getting at is are ghosts a bad thing or a good thing? are they just visiting from heaven or hell? I'm confused I presummed when you died you'd just go to heaven and hell not become a ghost.

Prominent Creationist Scientist Em Adjineri has recently returned from months of studying starfish in the wild and has concluded that starfish disprove evolutionology. She discovered that starfish possess both fish DNA and star DNA. Therefore, starfish are hybrids of fish and stars.

However, the possibility of a fish-star hybrid occurring naturally in the wild is infinitesimal. The natural habitats of fish (the ocean) and stars (the sky) are light years apart, so fish-star interaction is exceedingly rare.

Additionally, in all of the Em Adjineri experiments, the heat from the star cooked the fish before insemination could occur. This proves that starfish could not have evolved naturally.

The only explanation is that starfish were intelligently designed by God. God must have impregnated a fish with star DNA much in the way he impregnated Mary with his Heavenly DNA.

Take that, intellectualutionists!

They get stereotyped as kids who take drugs, drink alcohol, hang out on street corners and wear hooded tops. I dont think this is fear as not every teenager is like this.

Being a good person dosn't matter, you have to believe:
Obviously, atheists dont give money to churches and aren't controlled by them. Same for people who believe in different Gods.

Homosexuality and condoms are sins/ reproduction:
They want you to have offspring to increase thier influence and amount of people giving them money. Homosexuality and condoms reduce that, Plus, the only 'accepted' form of sex is sex to have offspring, at least according to some of them.

IT IS A SIN TO QUESTION GOD?!:
Of course, this one speaks for itself, wow. Control.

Heaven and Hell:
Threatening you with Hell and promising you with Heaven increases likeliness you will follow that religion.

Suicide is a sin:
you need people to be alive to get thier money and control.

The words and phrases:
All of these words like 'LORD' and 'ALL MIGHTY' and "SAVIOR', are just designed to intimidate you and oppress any feelings of doubt when they use big bad words like that.

Can you add to my list?

In the southern United States before the Civil War, most of the slave owners were Christians and accepted Christ as their savior. Does this mean that they went to heaven after they died?

Does anyone know any quotes from the Origin of Species that indicate that Darwin was trying to "counteract the storm of religious protest that he expected to receive." In other words, does anybody know any quotes from his book that show that he was trying to expand spritiual consiousness in a way that would allow accpetance of his ideas?

A question was asked about Homosexuality. My answer was that we aren’t to judge.
The thumb vote was interesting.
My response received 10 thumbs down, 0 up.
The next closest was an actual Gay with 6 down, 3 up.
Atheist and Christians were an even mix.

It seems that Atheism and homosexuality is preferable to following the words of Christ.

Mathew 7:1
Judge not, that ye be not judged.

Mathew 7:2
For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

John 5:22
For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

John 12:47
And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.

It is a personal revelation that I am compelled to share at least once on this forum that:
Judgment's been here since Adam felt naked. God does not judge. When we judge people that judgment is applied immediately on us.

Is it really brotherly love to go off to war and shoot your religious brother? Is there any religion that will have no part in war? Jesus told us to have intense love for one another, I dont see how killing a fellow brother can show that.
