NOT joking...these catalougs and others will send the meats and other items to her, for a traditional american dinner.
I have had the fruit/nut cake and mincemeat pie and its very good. I sent some to folks in Singapore and Mexico for vacation.

Never even think about sending food to another country. Many countries are free of agricultural diseases that are endemic in others. You do no-one any favours by sending food and probably break umpteen laws by doing so.
Switzerland has wonderful food. If she relly wants to eat turkey then she will find that restaurants in Zurich, Geneva or wherever will be able to supply it. She might even find some American clubs or societies, if she looks, where she can celebrate along with other Americans. But don't send food, please.

You can buy all the ingredients there and make a good meal. It's just that the swiss seem to like their food with no flavor. I was very happy when I returned home and had some kind of spice.

Well, it depends where she is. If she is in Geneva, Zurich or any other "big" city, she will certainly find a good restaurant offering such a menu. Switzerland is amazingly international ... specially Geneva.
If she is in a small village in mountains, ... the mission becomes tougher !
You certainly can send it by express post in doggy bags ... But trust me, she can find a local restaurant offering this dish.

Hummmmmmm it depend on what food youa re sending because custom regulation will now allow certain food to be sent to swiss. probably as long as ifit a dry food than that will be Okay. I know they will not let you send turkey, sweat pototoes, cranberry and so on. you should send her some dry food she love form usa such as jelly bellly she missses and dry penuts oooooh I know you can send her can of food that would work to get can of corn for example so any dry food or can of food you can send to you would be your best bet.
