watching african crocodiles mating on television to be something of sin. You can't say it's how you think of it that's sinful but if your watching a nature program and that happens, it's only natural to think of it as sinful. Crocodiles can't get married.

I live in a townhouse. My neighbors in the building behind me have a rock band which practices in their garage ALL weekend long, usually 4-8 hours a day. Most of the time they keep the garage door shut, but it is still really loud and annoying. I feel like a prisoner in my own home. I can't open my windows or enjoy my patio. Is there any action I can take? Every website says to confront the neighbor, but these kids usually have a whole posse of friends with them at their rehearsals, and I can just picture them as the type to retaliate. They usually do stop playing by 10pm, but the fact that they play all weekend long, for several hours at a time, is extremely bothersome. There must be some sort of action I can take. I work hard all week. I want to enjoy my weekends again.

first time this ever happened to me.....someone got offended by my sneezing.

I went to McDonalds. As I was putting my trash away, I had some allergies and sneezed several times, into a napkin. I overheard a man saying "cut that out..etc:.., I first assumed he was talking to his little girl especially since he was not any making eye contact with me. However, I noticed that only he said that after I sneezed so it became clear my sneezing bothered him. To verify, I then blew my noise and he said, without making eye contact, to "do it outside because they were trying to eat." I went outside because I am a peaceful person and for all knew, he was some kind of nut job who might have become violent if I sneezed again.

I could see being offended if I was sneezing at a play or movie or something, but it's just McDonalds, not exactly a place one goes to for ambience. There are obnoxious kids, dirty surfaces, loud people all over the place, seemed I was just fitting in.

Thoughts?

First off, doesn't it stop becoming "personal" when you Christ Cultists congregate or try to spread you BS religion to other cultures? Personal means you go into your bedroom , lock the door and dance around with snakes, talk to yourself (pray) or read some fiction (the bible).

Secondly, the whole Idea of a relationship with a person you have never met or even worse a deity that doesn't exist seems borderline delusional...wait, it is delusional. With that logic I can claim I have a relationship with Winona Ryder even though I have never met her, spoken to her. Hell my relationship with her has more substance because I can at least look at a picture of her and get wood.

It would be with several friends, and eveyone would be in costume. None of that "Oh, I'm dressed up as myself" stuff.
Just wondering whether it would be okay to go, because some people seem to have a problem with teens even if they are in costume.

Ijust graduated recently and it just seems like my world is falling apart. Mentally I can't handle it. I can't find a job, my friends are leaving me hanging, my family is a catastrophe, and I just don't know what direction God is trying to pull me in. Why is everthing so cloudy to me. I feel so helpless no matter how much I try to pull myself up. What scriptures can I look at in the Bible for guidance? What kinds of prayers should I try so that I can ask God to get out of this mess. I am really not a bad young lady but it seems like things are just not moving forward for me.

I think the Seventh Day Adventists follow this commandment, but I don't understand some of their other beliefs. I have studied with Witnesses, and I understand most of it, but why is the sabbath not kept? The Bible doesn't say anything about it being OK not to keep it, or to change it to Sunday.

I just went to a new church today; and I feel wonderful!! when the minister asked people to come to the altar, I DID!! The song the congregration was singing was "The battle is over..........for you!"
I had such a great feeling when I left!!

I am bored and depressed and on most days I don't even feel like living.

I've been reading about Ouija boards and they seem interesting. I don't know if I believe the stories or not but I thought I would buy one just for the hell of it and play it by myself and see what happens. At the very least it might provide a little diversion from my depression.
