I don't know, but his followers have certainly made a personality cult out of him. You can't go a day in this country without hearing about him from those people - and all they're doing is projecting their own beliefs onto the poor guy. Of course, we do it with Elvis and Marilyn Monroe, too. It's positively morbid!

Dying on a cross for your people doesn't exactly strike me as egocentric. How can a man of the people, a prophet and speaker of the truth be egocentric?

Jesus was the MOST HUMBLE of all humans to ever live on this Earth. He was chastised by HIs own followers for eating with sinners and allowing a sinful woman wash His feet. He loved EVERYONE and showed it by His many selfless acts. He did not care what the world thought of Him. His mission on Earth was solely for the salvation of everyone else.

No. Jesus Christ pleased the Father. God hates pride, but He loved Jesus.

Matthew
3: 17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
17: 5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

Mark
1: 11 And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
9: 7 And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.

Luke
3: 22 And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.
9: 35 And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.

2 Peter
1: 17 For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Not in the slightest, as a matter of fact Jesus (PBUH) was concentric!

Thumbs downer, did you even take the time to look up the definition of the word concentric?

Never!

Jesus was here to glorify the Father and came not to be ministered but to minister and give Himself as a ransom for many.

As the son of God Jesus had no sin nature.

He wasn't born separated from God because of the sin nature that all are born with and which causes us to think that we are god in our life.

He was a liberator and didn't mind freeing people from religion. He and his wife traveled around "saving" people. All the nonsense about him was added later by the Bible mythologists.
