Doesn't matter if you're married, single, dating, or mating with a crockoduck. Who is it? We all have one or two. I have about 20 but they don't realize the competition they're in yet! *Giggles evilly*

In Psalm 23, the bible states the following:

"Yea, though I walk through the vally of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art wth me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me."

What do you suppose this mean, because I am completely lost for words on this.

If anyone here knows the answer to this, it would be very kind of you to explain this to me, thanks.

Sexuality is a normal condition of the sex nature; Sensuality is a abnormal condition or a sin. Sexuality is God-given, God honored and God-blessed, between a married man and woman. Sensuality is the perversion of sexuality, and a sin. Do you all think this is true?

If he was perfect did he also have the perfect smile? Was he susceptable to cavities or even simple tarter buildup? He smiles alot in the pictures but he never shows any teeth. I worry he may have had bad teeth or maybe a really gummy smile and is self-concious about it.

When talking about the voice of God, Christians always say that the Bible says "my sheep will know my voice". But does the Bible even say this?! All I can find is John 10:27 which says: "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me." That doesn't say my sheep KNOW my voice. It just says we hear it.

So, is there another place in the Bible that says "my sheep will KNOW my voice"?

THIS IS HAPPENING RIGHT HERE IN OUR OWN COUNTRY!
>
> We Must Stop This Immediately !
>
> Have you noticed that stairs are getting steeper . Groceries are heavier . And, everything is farther away. Yesterday I walked to the corner and I was dumbfounded to discover how long our street had become!
>
> And, you know, people are less considerate now, especially the young ones. They speak in whispers all the time! If you ask them to speak up they just keep repeating themselves, endlessly mouthing the same silent message until they're red in the face! What do they think I am, a lip reader?
>
>
> I also think they are much younger than I was at the same age. On the other hand, people my own age are so much older than I am. I ran into an old friend the other day and she has aged so much that she didn't even recognize me.

I asked a question a few days ago, about the generally promoted concept of Hell, as a place of eternal torture. Obviously, if such a place existed, any god who would send people there would have to be evil. For stating this, I predictably got some personal insults as responses.

But one of the more interesting answers I got was the statement that "the 'torture' of Hell is total separation from God, and total failure as a human being."

If Hell is really nothing more than separation from God, this would make a lot more sense than the concept of Hell that is usually talked about. It would not require a sadistic, evil God torturing people for all eternity.

But if that's the case, why do so many people who talk about Hell talk about the version with the lakes of fire and torturing demons and such? Do they really believe such a place exists? Or are they just trying to scare others into believing as they do? Is that even moral?

Once upon a time, there was a Spanish explorer named Magellan. He was all set to steal the gold from the indians in the Philipines. So he went ashore with his army and holding nothing but a big cross. He was convinced that god would keep him safe because he was holding the cross. Well, the indians slaughtered him anyway. Is that proof that there is no god? God did not even appear to him to say "Sorry Mag, I am not going to help you, your motives are wrong Bro" Nothing, not even a hint or sign that there was no help coming down. But he was a devout, religious, person. What happened?

I did say "some" so lets not all get on me for labeling one group or the other.

For the record, I am Christian. I am sick and tired of seeing Christian discussions become prove it debates with no bleievers. I have known some really nice atheist people who disagree with my views but to me that is their personal right. I don't hide my views but I don't see it written where I'm supposed to tirelessly try to convert non believers. Isnt it more our job as christians to be available to them, live by example, and offer the truth then leave it up to the individual whether or not to believe it?

OK so to the non believers, why do some of you feel the need to attempt to disprove us? What is the problem for someone having their own beliefs? What if Christians are wrong? who cares? If we are then really is any harm done? If we are right however..... (cue the bass drums) Im just trying to figure out why it bothers you that we believe.
