If your family is from a certain country try the patron Saint of that COuntry. Im 1/4 Lithuanian and the Patron saint is Casmir so i chose that.
Or choose a saint whose name is shared with a close realative.

Go to the library and get a book on Saints. I have to tell you that I didn't take this task as seriously as I should have. There are so many saints with my confirmation name, that I don't know which one it was! So, pick a name of someone you really relate to and not just what sounds cool - not that you would do that, but I sort of did!
Just pray about it and look through the book and you'll find some awesome examples of wonderful saintly women.
I also recommend going to http://www.catholic-forum.com/saints/indexsnt.htm (which is the Patron Saints index page). You can look up saints by topics and you can learn about their stories from their too.
Here are some of my favorite saints:
Mary
Saint Therese of Lisieux
Saint Faustina
Saint Lucy
Saint Anne
Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini
Saint Katherine Drexel
God bless you!

Here is a list of saints, arranged alphabetically. Try selecting one whose life is inspirational to you.
http://www.catholic-forum.com/saints/patron02.htm
Note that you don't necessarily have to select a name from your own gender. I know several females whose confirmation name is Sebastian, and also several who chose Michael.
For some interesting and/or unusual names, try:
Apollonia
Crescentia
Hyacinth
Seraphina
Cyrion
Scholastica
Bibiana
Melchior
Modesta
Dymphna
Ebba
Willehad
Zebinus
But make sure that the saint's life has a great deal of personal meaning for you before adopting their name.

It would help if we knew what names you are considering.
However, that is an entirely personal decision and you should study and make up your own mind. It would be very hard for us, who don't know you, to suggest one.
Good luck to you. God bless.

affirmation Names are meant to be the call of the saint you prefer to kind your lifestyles after. no longer how exceptionally it sounds which contain your call. I chosen Agnes, through fact i enjoyed the way she lived her lifestyles. i know it would not sound stable in my call (Kathleen Ann Agnes) yet i prefer to kind my lifestyles after her. yet i like Genevieve it sounds exceptionally which contain your call
