Science can produce two DNA identical beings and stuff them into similar environments. Brain wiring etc... can be exactly the same HOWEVER the personalities, intellectual and cleverness varies. Personality can only be described therefore as the soul, what makes us unique! How would you describe what is the soul? Where does it go? Whats the point of it? According to science and nature personality, personal traits etc... Are not necessary with regard to natural need and often is a hinderance and complicates things. This is a good one for you people who dont believe in a religion. Personally I can say im not sure, but i am sure there is a lot more to us and the universe than science can prove or ever will. I believe there is a God but not show how it is, I'm sure we do have souls and there are spirits but i cannot believe that there is any particular view that is correct or incorrect. The universe is not that simple! Perceptions must be collected for a whole view. Agree? LEt me know

My daughter just wants to be a Girl Scout SOOO bad. She is an excellent student and well behaved at school.

First we signed the permission slip for info last year when it was given, sent it in. Then we received NOTHING except another letter from the local Girl Scouts asking us if we wanted info on it. We sent that in. We watched all year as our daughter's friends talked about how much they love being in Girl Scouts! Our daughter's heart was broken. We called the teacher; we found out which scout leader we had to speak with, we left messages (kind, low key ones, not anxious or bitchy ones) asking for info on this and how to get her in. We received nothing. We then called the regional office? and were told it was up to the scout master and that if there were "too many" she might be rejected and have to go to another troop. That person said she would take care of it and send in the info needed to get our daughter started in Girl Scouts. Said she would send the info to

e's circumstances that leads to their early death sometimes in actual violence?

If your organized religion oppresses those who do not belong to it, removing chances for affluence and causes a person who does not belong to it a violent or otherwise early death from malnutrition or lack of access to education and or what have you, is that a violent crime of oppression that initially caused the unfortunate situation to occur?

How do you do this in your day to day life? I have this vine at my home that has these lovely green healthy leaves attached to it. Yet among these green leaves there are some brown ones. These ones are still attached to the vine but for some reason they have not been receiving the nourishment and supply from the vine that the green ones are receiving, and as such they are drying up and withering away. Searching ourselves, what do you think are the things in our lives that cut us off from receiving the Lord as our Life and Life supply? How do we clear up this matter and get back into the flow and the enjoyment of fellowship with the Lord. What kind of branch do you desire to be in the Vine?

Children don't always know the difference between animation and something for real. Those old Green Giant commercials used to scare Hell out of me. I may be just paranoid about this but...

Today when I went to work (still at work actually), and got a chance to talk to my coworkers in the lab, the guy was blabing like normal, then after I asked them if they needed any help and stuff (cause I will be leaving soon and theres not much for me to do), I get attacked with random things like, he starts making the sound "blab blab blab" (like I talk to much?), or you can help by going home, and **** like that. WTF?

It seemed like last week, I was off okay with the coworkers.
And hes the one that finds me to blab all day long when HE's got nothing to do.

What the hell is going on?

Also, when I greet (say hello/morning) to the other lab coworkers are ignoring me...???

Do people just turn on you like that? I'm not very experienced with the work place, and this is like my first real job. (Unfortunately, I'm not doing all that well in it)

Is there anything I'm missing about workplace politics?

Look on youtube and you see, Chinese, Swedish Russian people converting to Islam. Even a ex-KKK brother.

Suddenly their are tapes of people apparently leaving Islam & finding Jesus. All muslims know these are fake, for example they say they prayed to Muhummad but got no answer but called to Jesus & he came running. DUH muslims are not allowed to pray/ask for guidance from him, only God.

Some videos have been exposed as fake. One other guy says when you leave islam they chop you up. Yet this gy is living and selling his book/dvds.

Why the fake confessions?

dirty look and talk behind my back?Will they think I am using drugs? If they think this will they be snoby to me and think I am usless?These scars are from self inflicted not by drugs, as I have never done drugs.
