I think in MOST churches, you would be welcomed with open arms. People might WONDER what you had been through in your life, but no one would push you away. They would invite you in to the fold and make you part of the church.
However, there are churches that would shun you - that's just a fact of life. Christians are human first and foremost, and as such, they can be judgmental. Unfortunately, no one is perfect, except Jesus, who would not have judged you no matter what your circumstances. It's too bad those Christians who look down their noses don't remember that Jesus loved everyone and turned no one away.

I don't see anything wrong or hypocritical with any of your questions that I've read. I don't mind answering another.
Will people judge you because you have the marks of self-inflicted abuse on your arms? Yes, of course they will.
Being a Christian doesn't make us perfect or make us immune to bad decisions or the sins of prejudice and wrongful discrimination. All it means is that we try to see these sins for what they are, do our very best to avoid them and have faith that through Jesus Christ, God will forgive our failures when we come to give an account of our lives to Him.
Like most churches, mine has a mix of everything from the High Anglo-Catholic - harumphing in the back row over noisey children and guitars - right through to the teenage militant evangelist and everything in between. But if I was to assume what each person would make of a new member with the signs of SIA then I would be as prejudiced and judgmental as those who judged you.
When we enter a church, we all enter as equals before God. If we judge our brothers and sisters based on their appearance then we diminish ourselves. If we are judged for our pasts and our appearances, then how much more will Jesus welcome us to his table, just as he welcomed the outcasts, prostitutes, lepers and tax-collectors of Palestine?

Well, I'm a cutter myself and my arms are just nasty looking on their undersides; scar city from my wrists to my elbows. I'm not talking about little scratches to get attention; I'm talking 109 stitches on my left arm, and 87 stitches on my right arm with permanent nerve damage in both. Christian or not, I really don't give a damn what anyone thinks of me. Walk an eighth of a mile in my shoes and deal with what I've dealt with since I was 12 years old (am now 46), and then consider the mere possibility of "judging" me. I do believe I understand your position, and I am a devout theist/believer.
Yea- I still get the goofy-damn looks from people like I'm evil incarnate, or something. Yes-from Christians, too.

So, what exactly did you report Lori for? Exposing your true identity? Sorry but that's not a Guidelines violation. Quit playing games like you are, and it probably won't happen again.
(and to answer your question -- if it is legit, people shouldn't judge you, but if you're so worried about it, you can wear long sleeves. That's kind of a no-brainer.)

You should go to the temple like Jesus did to serve Almighty God not other sinful humans.... Yes you should love your neighbor but put Almighty God first... People will always judge and have a first impression... The nation of Isreal that Jesus was a part of put him to death!!! These were the same people that went to the temple with him.... Should any of us expect to be treated better than Jesus????

Your asking for honest answers from Christians?!? I'm not sure about the 'behind the computer screen' factor but, the Christians I grew up with would say one thing and do the complete opposite.

It sounds as if you don't want anything to do with Christians anyhow, Now to answer your question, No my church won't judge you, But if you think your line of thought is to come to my church just to start trouble, forget it, Our deacons will throw you out, & I may join in with them. If you come to be senseable & listern then no we won't judge, So with your attitude you have already set your mind to that point as to not want anything to do with Christians.

Awwww....an emo kid!
They'll probably think you've been through some rough times and tried to kill yourself and pray that you get better.
If they would talk behind your back and you tried to "set them straight" you would be kicked out of the church for being rude...just shut up and ignore them.
Why would you bring up that your kids don't live with you at church?
Do you want honest answers, or just the answer you want to hear?
