had 3 2nd trimester pregnancy losses. The first two was with twins and the last pregnancy was with triplets. My doc thinks i have incompetent cervix. i had a cerclage put in with the last 2 pregnancies but they failed .ive never been pregnant with a singleton. i pray about it everyday... mayb im just looking for a sign that everything is ok and that im going to have healthy pregnancies and babies..Any predictions, insights or word of incouragement are appriciated . THANKS!!!

I looked it up on an Online Spanish-English dictionary, and the closet thing it gave me was "chalet," which doesn't fit the context of the story I'm reading. Based on the context, I think it might mean something like, "Come on," but I'd like to be sure.

I've read one too many "your life must suck because you don't know God and you will end up in hell" comments today.

Please share anything that you enjoy about being an atheist.

Me, I have a million reasons, but to start off, I like that I have the liberty to conduct my adult sex life with any consenting adultl without wondering if I'm going to pay for it in an afterlife.

it is child abuse to teach a child our beliefs? thats funny, but the schools can teach our children that we came from monkeys and thats ok? no it isnt, whats right is teaching children "why" you believe the way you do and "why" others believe the way they do and let the child decide for themselves what to believe. so why would you call it child abuse? thats just so wrong.

okay, iv been in love with a woman that i dont wanna be in love with,,,my parents dont really like her much and i dont think she's the woman of my dreams,,,,,,,i prayed and i cryed and i kept praying,,,, its been about 3 years now,, and that feeling is just getting worse,,,,, what does the bible say about this? how can i get rid of the feelings? or shall i go for that love i feel so deeply that i cant sleep? and im that womans friend,,,and she has a boyfriend but i dont care i can make her leave him!

I am very self-conscious about my teeth. I like to clean them as soon as possible after eating. Whenever I'm at a restaurant and I'm done eating, I just take my toothpaste and brush and brush at the table. I also spit on a plate/napkin and rinse with water. Is this rude? I don't do it in a public bathroom because they smell bad.

The thing in the Atheist circle for many years is to abbreviate the word Christian with xian. Don't know why, just seems to be. Anyone notice that xians (I mean, Christians) are taking offense to this? I think that's hilarious! All I'm doing here is spelling a word wrong (which is the IN thing to do in Yahoo Answers) and they are flipping out about it! Wow! So, xians, does it really hurt? Maybe we should change the defination of what xianity means and start spreading it as 'gospel', just like xianis do about Atheism. So, xians, if you can answer the following questions right, I will no longer use the phrase xian, deal?
1. What is the definition of Atheism?
2. What scientific proof is there for xianity (I haven't lost yet)?
3. How long has the motto "In God We Trust" been on our money?
4. What was the original Pledge of Allegiance?
5. What is the most significant statement in the Treaty of Tripoli?

Because everytime I get my hopes up about something (going to an amusement park with my best friend, going canoing, going to a pool party, hell, just hanging out with family members for a day) something that is 'out of anybody's control' happens, and I'm stuck at home, AGAIN.

So yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm cursed because I've spent my entire summer in my house because everytime I make plans, they get ruined one way or another, so how, exactly, do I get rid of this curse? I only have a few weeks of summer left, and I don't want to lose them to 'things we can't control'.

My mom's sister & family came to visit us from texas (we're in NY) They also brought my aunt's husband's sister's daughter (who's 15), because they were going to NJ to visit someone related to my uncle for 3-4 days. Anyway I think this girl rude:

1) as soon as she comes, and I say hi or whatever, she turns to my aunt and says: "doesn't she look like sara?" I just smiled but i thought it was awkward cuz she was talking about me in front of me to some1 else- like she could've told me "you look exactly like my cousin, don't you agree aunt rose?"

2) Mom, aunt, me, my sister, all working to get dinner ready. She is sitting & just talking w/ uncle LOUDLY in connected family room. Doesn't even help us pick up after dinner, just leaves to read a book.

3) She is talking to my li'l sis (12 yr old) and tells her stuff, but when my sis talks, she just kinna gives her a "weirdo" look and doesn't really listen.

4) she is constantly insulting my cousin(her step-cousin)

what do u think?

Why does the general public have faith in and follow the do's and don'ts of the Center for Disease Control but have no faith or desire to follow the same plus more advanced do's and don'ts disease prevention plan God wrote out for mankind in the book of Leviticus 3500 years before the CDC exsisted?

She puts a laundry list of preferred gifts under her 'gift suggestion guide' as she refers to it on each of her kids birthday invitations as well as the birthday invites for herself AND my brother. And on top of this, for the past 5 years, all of us (parents & siblings) receive an email with the lists of requested gifts for Christmas every year - in OCTOBER! I have searched online for etiquette websites that I can forward onto 'everyone' including her as an FYI but I can't find any. Please help!!

What is the one thing, that cannot be forgiven?
Did u know that it is deliberately refusing to see Christ? It is intentionally refusing to at least open ur eyes to the possiblity of Him and His exsistance in ur life.

The price one pays for this sin is eternal seperation from God Himself.....THIS IS HELL! Could this be the emptyness u feel?

I stayed up till 3am last night on YouTube watching videos. I work third shift, am on vacation this week and bored. I wasnt tired, and she was already in bed reading. She got so mad at me cuz I stayed on the computer that late. I dont think she has any right to try to make me stay by her side at night like that. She said her ex cheated the same way, but i'm not doing anything wrong. never have. She said that she's asked me to not stay on computer late like that before but i still do it and its wrong. Does she have the right to ask this of me? What should I do about this. She wont see it my way, but she should trust me after 2 yrs too! I told her why would I do this, i had my head phones on and if she wanted to anytime she could have checked up on me, not like i would hear her behind me. so why would I hide anything with her in the next room! she drives me crazy!
