Of course He does! He created everyone, and He loves Atheists as much as everyone else. We've all sinned but He still loves us equally.

I'd say He does. But it is the only sin that He will not forgive...to deliberately and continually reject God the Holy Spirit. The atheist will suffer eternal seperation from God...Hell.

If God made the plagues, floods, tsunamis, hurricanes and famines, he obviously doesn't even care about theists, let alone atheists.

would we want the christian cult god of blood offerings to care about us if he were real?....I wouldn't...a god that finds blood offerings pleasing???a god that needed the blood of a human(jesus) to make everything alright....not my idea of a perfect god!!!
