If you know anything about science you will know that evolution does not fall under true science, in fact it remains a theory. Theory is not the same as fact evidently.

Please give me one substantially convincing reason why anyone should embrace this theory of evolution when there is no proof and it doesn't follow a true scientific method.

It might seemingly be able to explain a great number of phenomenons in this universe and on planet earth but ultimately it is unverified, unreplicable, and the number of unanswered questions of substance far outweight the answers which have been assumed and deduced by this apparent rational, logical, philosophical theory. In fact all it does it satisfies the conscience of some but to me it offers no explanation to existance.

The more I study the harder it becomes to believe. People in my field force themselves to believe as if they badly want it to be true. Let's face it, evolution is science fiction

Christians constantly call us stupid and depressed, but we have a higher median IQ, take up way less than our share of the prisons, and have a much lower suicide, homicide and divorce rate. Is there something I'm missing?

If the whole world is hit by a meteorite and destroyed, I wouldn't have to believe it to be destroyed. Poor analogy, but I'm tired.

In regards to the amazing popularity of television shows, movies, and so on, I find it fascinating how few people speak, openly of ghosts/spirits. Personally, I KNOW of the spirit of a deceased man, who, once, lived in my residence. Why dont I FEAR him? Simple, he has never tried to harm me. I just wonder why others FEAR the "supernatural"? Why do we FEAR what we do not understand? Why does the fleeting glimpse, of a spirit, scare most people atleast as much as having as having a gun pointed at ones face? Why do we run from un-known noises? If the deceased have not harmed a person, then WHY should the person FEAR the deceased?

Once they were saved had this eager hunger for all the scriptures, all the understanding, to be closer to Jesus, "like you can't exhaust it". I had been told before that it would happen like that if you were truely saved, but I had no idea.

Most of the answers I have seen on this forum have been flippant and some just stupid. Seems to me that alot of the people don't know how to reflect or read the question. The ones who give the most absurd answers won't allow emails so a reader or a person who asked questions can not reply. I believe that many just want the stupid points and truly do not want to be helpful to thier fellow person.

Isn't it hilarious how christians try to convert others to their own religion when they can't even settle among themselves. They can't even convice themselves which branch of christianity is the real one. If they are essentially the same, why is there so much conflict among them? Or are the Catholic Church and Protestant church competing for their share of customers, after all their church(wallet) depends on the believers(customers) donations don't they.

Prods seem to be the worst offenders. They point the finger of scorn but their own "church" is simply a dead branch of a dead tree. They are a break off from the Catholic Church and they still share many of the pagan beliefs such as the trinity. Maybe they should just shut up and leave us alone!

Please show me any scientific backing to this theory. I doubt you can find one, it is only there to appease the religious in the USA it has nothing scientific in it.

I say this in the recent wake of the many Pastors and Priests who are caught up in abuse and sex scandals. I have many reasons why I left the church. I for one have no faith in organized religion. Man is flawed. God is not. When I read the Bible, (the Gospels) Jesus Christ does not seem complicated at all. The parables that he taught were straight forward and to the point. I don't think Jesus was that complicated at all. Man complicates things. Religion further complicates things. I despise religion for what it's worth and I think it's worthless. You may ask who am I to judge? My answer to you is that I'm no one special. I just know that organized religion is reponsible for the many messes that this world has encountered over the years.

If mankind has the ability to twin and clone themselves, than GOD surely had the power to have immaculate conceptions on every major continent in every major culture. GOD could have been known to all his people everywhere and at the same time period. Just imagine five Jesuses, six Mohameds, seven holyspirits or what ever, showing up at the same time in there designated world region's. All GOD's people would understand his true word, (give or take a line or two) his peoples would all have a clear understanding of the right religon HE commands, NO vague intrpratations by Shaminvoodooclerics. God only hit a single when he could have hit a home run (first-base).

Ok, I dont know exactly what its about, but it talks about the gathering of certain things in the end days. My Uncle mentioned it and he couldnt remember. It came up cause we've been seeing alot of things we've never seen before, or in larger numbers. Like, this year we've both seen mass racoons, opossums, etc. And, theres a new thing we've been seeing alot of, and thats Ravens. Neither of us have seen a Raven till this year, which is why the passage came up. But no one can seem to remember its location.

Also, where does it say the devil is an actual being? Cause my uncle is dead set that if you take the translation in Hebrew, Devil or Satan means adversary. And if you take that meaning into any passage I could find, it means a person. Like when Satan fell from heaven, it was Lucifer falling from his kingship, and Lucifer is a name used for satan. Thats just one example.
