Well of course. He has cells, DNA, and extremely complicated and intricate processes all throughout his muscles, brain, skin, even hair and fingernails...just like everyone else. And he is a sinner in need of a saviour just like everyone else. And so is Bush too by the way.

Ray Comfort is another "face", that comes to mind that disproves Intelligent design.

Everyone was intelligently designed, but God also gave us free will to go about doing His works or our own.
