Only you can't see then you can't believe His existence?

you can't see pain but you can feel it
you can't see love but you can feel it
you can't see air but you know it exists
you can't see people in R&S but you can believe that they exist, and you don't need to prove their existence

I hope you meet someone who can save you, if you really want to be saved.

May God bless you...

Unfortunately I cannot prove him to you...nor can anyone disprove him to you..It is just one of those things that you either believe or you do not.. I just have a hard time thinking that every little detail we take for granted such as..no two finger prints are alike, no two snowflakes are alike, the details of a leave or a bug or anything for that matter...just happened. I guess I look at it this way if those things just happened mysteriously on their own, then why every time there is an explosion or a 'big bang' isn't something new and beautiful created?? This is just my opinion, I cannot save, nor can anyone else the only person that can/ that did is Jesus Christ..

God proves Himself to those who He wants to prove Himself to. That's the way it happened to me, and if you trust Him, He may do the same for you.

What people don't seem to realize is that God holds on to everything. He has all the proof He needs to prove Himself to anyone. He just picks who does and who doesn't get to see it.

So the real question to ask yourself is, " Do I want to know God?" If the answer is yes, then there is hope for you. If not, then have a good life buddy.

Yes.

There are many. I will cite for you, one.

There is a man by the name of Gary Miller, a mathematician, theologian & FORMER missionary, who has written a nice article about probability & faith. You see, if you want to judge the veracity of a text that claims to be the Word of God, then take every CLEARLY-VERIFIABLE verse of that book and then apply the theory of probability to each testable claim.

If a particular book keeps getting CLEARLY-VERIFIABLE, objective things, wrong, the chances of that book being 100% TRUTH go down really fast... In fact, the minute you can find one claim that is false, then the whole text's claim to be from a perfect Creator falls apart -- so we can't settle for 99.9% -- we require perfection... 100% perfection.

But if that book gets all objective and verifiable ideas correct, and, say, those ideas outnumber the subjective ideas by an order of magnitude, then, it must be 100% TRUE, AS OF THE TIME THAT THAT TEST TOOK PLACE. And if that book then claims something that is not verifiable, such as the existence of Heaven & Hell, then you should believe it. In this case, if that book says "God exists" then you should believe it...for you cannot prove otherwise...& for all its other claims are valid and non-contradictory.

I'm talking about probability and believing the claims that books make -- really grand claims -- something like "This is the word of God!" or "ALL life came from Mars." (Not Mickey Mouse books.) You see, when a book makes a blanket statement, such as the one above, the minute you find one life-form that did not come from Mars, the whole argument crashes. You have to go out and determine which books have such irreconcilable errors -- contradictions. Better yet, google it. For others have done much work before us... Just be careful what you read.

Bertrand Russell spoke of a probabilistic argument:

"In his 1953 essay, What Is An Agnostic? Russell states:

An agnostic thinks it impossible to know the truth in matters such as God and the future life with which Christianity and other religions are concerned. Or, if not impossible, at least impossible at the present time. [see #2 below.]

However, later in the essay, Russell says:

I think that if I heard a voice from the sky predicting all that was going to happen to me during the next twenty-four hours, including events that would have seemed highly improbable, and if all these events then produced to happen, I might perhaps be convinced at least of the existence of some superhuman intelligence. " source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agnostic#Bertrand_Russell

Dr. Gary Miller's essay is just the answer Russell was looking for.

I wonder what Russell would have thought of this essay: Dr. Gary Miller's essay "The Amazing Qur'an." You can read it here: http://thetruereligion.org/modules/wfsection/article.php?articleid=90

Here is another similar argument geared towards atheists, by Dr. Zakir Naik: http://thetruecall.com/home/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=149&mode=thread&order=0&thold=0

4:82 Will they not, then, try to understand this Qur’an? Had it issued from any but God, they would surely have found in it many an inner contradiction!

41:53 In time We shall make them fully understand Our messages [through what they perceive] in the utmost horizons [of the universe] and within themselves, so that it will become clear unto them that this [revelation] is indeed the truth. [Still,] is it not enough [for them to know] that thy Sustainer is witness unto everything?

In time, the Truth shall make itself manifest.

Yet,
(2:6) As to those who reject Faith, it is the same to them whether thou warn them or do not warn them; they will not believe.

There is no proof that god is real, but there is also no proof that he isn't. Not the answer you were hoping for, I know, but the only answer I can give. There are many questions that don't have answers, and if they do, they are out of our reach. You must simply understand that some things are unexplainable and impossible to decipher. It is your choice whether you believe in god or not, but there is absolutely no credible proof I can offer.

Lets put it like this a Vulcan would believe in God...Why? well because it is only logical. If the world at large has this innat feeling of a higher power well it makes one think. Besides to proove he does not exist you would have to take apart the universe atom by atom and since we can not do this it is only logical to assume a deity exists.

So they've all given you all this great stuff to read and told you what you should 'basically' know. So let me ask you a question and feel free to write me back as I would really like to hear your answer... Can you prove that he's not?

I could prove that God existed to you.
You got out of bed this morning.
The sunrise happens everyday.
The sunsets every night.
You breathe, and you have a heartbeat.
The nature and beauty of creation around you.
There are everyday signs that God exists. You don't have to see him in physical form or get struck with lightning to know that he is real. He is working everyday to provide you with air to breathe, he is there to make sure you wake up in the morning and he is watching out over you all of the time. Have you never had something unpredictable, suprising or last minute help? That might have been God's hands working in your life to show that he is there , he cares, and he is watching out for you. The conflict of knowing and believing that God exists is whether or not you are looking for him or whether you are willing to believe that he is there to watch over you and is helping you. Anyone could end up with real physical proof that God exists and I don't think that would be enough for anyone to believe that he is real. Without experiencing the Hand of God in your life and knowing that it is is Hand in your life, it is hard to believe that God is real. It takes personal experiences with God to know that He is real and he is true. You can't see all of the beauty that God has to offer through your eyes and everyday creation, there is more of God's beauty in your heart, it is just a matter of finding it, seeing it and believing it. It boils down to heart over mind and the physical eyesight of man. I think you are looking in the wrong places for your proof of God. Try looking up the to heavens and searching alot higher for your answers.
