Christians promote Jesus yet in America they support killing other who do not conform to Christianity or shun them away?

Muslims promote peace but idiots like Al Qeada kill others [including Muslims] to get their message across?

Jews: Right after they were massacred they still are unfriendly and oppress Palestinians and do exactly what the Germans did or have done [excluding burning them]?

Why is it that Abrahamic relgions are NEVER peaceful and Dharmic religions are more so?

What the HELL is wrong with people - there have been "Jesus Soldiers" and "Jihadists" and "Moses Mongerers" when the basic principle is that they all should "get along with their neighbours"....?

People are really thick...

Christians Peoples
Muslim Peoples
Jew Peoples
= HATRED

Why?

I especially hate Christians like in Borat...tehe...

I hope I offend you all...

And comments are welcome PEACEFUL OR NOT.

Quote gratuitously ripped:
The validity of biblical passages:
Conservative theologians generally teach that the Bible's authors were inspired by God to write text that is inerrant. This is compatible with II Timothy 3:16:

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, [literally God-breathed] and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness"

The author of 2 Timothy was presumably referring only to the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament) because the Christian Scriptures (New Testament) had not yet been assembled while he was alive. However, this verse is often used to affirm the freedom from error of the entire Bible -- Hebrew and Christian Scriptures together.

Not all Biblical verses are necessarily given equal weighting. Some Christians regard certain passages as not applicable to Christendom today:

Does it make sense having the same punishment (Hell) regardless of the crime? Isn't that sort of like going to court and the judge sentences everybody to life in prison whether they're there for jaywalking or triple murder? Shouldn't the punishment fit the crime, or is applying logic to religion a mistake?

According to the Bible.
Can a woman preach in church?

In 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 Paul says that women are to remain silent within the assembly: "Women should remain silent in the assemblies. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the Law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the assembly"
In 1 Corinthians 12:29 the Apostle Paul lists the different offices within His body, and all are masculine positions: "Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers?" (NIV). Nowhere did Paul or anyone else ordain a woman to official offices in the Body of Messiah.

In Titus Yahweh through His Apostle says that women are to be sober-minded, chaste, workers at home, kind, submissive to their husband. The mother also is responsible with the father to raise the children in Yahweh. She is to teach them how to love their fellow man, and Yahweh.

FYI, this was not posted by a troll, this was posted by an R&S regular, and someone who claims Christianity as their faith.

Are there deeper-seeded psychological issues at play here?

Would comments like this actually convert ANYONE to Christianity?

Is this someone you would WANT to spend eternity with?

I don't know which religion it is that goes from door to door trying to sell their religion, but which ever religion it is, it's really annoying. These guys had enough of it, so they went from door to door trying to spread atheism. They had Darwin’s book the origin of species, and they were going around telling people that there was no God and that when they die, nothing happens. These people got so pissed. They were yelling at these guys and spitting on them and calling them devil worshippers. It's ok for them to spread their religion, but if atheists try to spread theirs, it's somehow bad. What a bunch of hypocrites.

WHY!?!?!

And why do some/most christians spread hate and fear about homosexuality? Is that what their [YOUR] god wants you to do? the tought of disowning homosexuals be it by family, state, religion, society seems very wrong to me and not something a loving god would tolerate from his "children." Wouldn't god want his children to be accepting of one another instead of hating each other and creating turmoil?

what are your views?

God has made circumcision to be an EVERLASTING COVENANT:

"He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money (your slaves), must be CIRCUMCISED: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an EVERLASTING COVENANT." [Genesis 17:13]

"And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be CUT OFF (be killed) from his people; he hath broken my covenant." [Genesis 17:14]

GEN017:009-10 -- And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations. This is my Covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every male child among you shall be circumcised.

Jesus was circumcised on the eighth day, to fulfill the law: And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb. [Luke 2:21]

Paul seems to be confused in his opinions…..

For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision. Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?" [Romans 2:25-26]

GAL005:002 --Behold, I Paul say unto you , that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.

So one sentence from PAUL (his opinion) can invalidate an Everlasting covenant handed down by Abraham himself !!

According to the laws of the Everlasting Covenant Paul has committed a great sin and he even denied to circumcise Titus .

Paul broke A covenant that was to NEVER end as long as they keep the commands of GOD and yet the Majority of the Christians today don’t care to see what misguidance Paul introduced into the message of Jesus.

What are the Commandments of God which Jesus said to keep ?

"Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: 'The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat. So you must obey them and do EVERYTHING they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach.' (Matthew 23:1-3)"

Jesus strongly approves of the law and the prophets. "Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets. I have come not to abolish but to fulfill. Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest part or the smallest part of a letter will pass from the law, until all things have taken place." (Matthew 5:17 NAB)

All of the Old Testament laws will be binding forever. "It is easier for Heaven and Earth to pass away than for the smallest part of the letter of the law to become invalid." (Luke 16:17 NAB)

He that hath my commandments, and KEEPETH THEM, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be LOVED OF MY FATHER, and I WILL LOVE HIM, and will manifest myself to him [John 14:21]

God did not change his mind and reverse his decision for an everlasting covenant through circumcism.

The word of GOD is superior to the word of Paul.

Thougths of knowing you had a chance of serving God will torment you because there are know way out of hell once you go there. Heaven and hell are very real.
