I would personlly regard myself a christain i was raised a catholic and i have studied other faiths and i feel it is right for me. One thing i dont understand tho, do non christains go to heaven, surely they must, buddist who try to lead a perfect life must, and also i have a friend who is athiest but he top bloke he dont have a bad thing to say about any1? y wouldnt he?

God gives everyone a choice. In the society that we live in today, we are surrounded by Christianity - there are movies, music, billboards, churches on every corner, there are missionaries, there are HUGE Christian programs reaching out to third world countries to spread the word of God.
Being a Christian is all about "free will"
God gave us the choice to choose him, or to choose something else. Of course he wants us to choose him - that is the whole point. And who can wonder why - what a wonderful feeling it must be to see the men and women that He created, freely turn their life over to him. Can you imagine??? How fulfilling.
If a person lived their entire life and was never exposed to Christianity, if they never had the opportunity to turn their life over to Christ - in a sence that would be taking away their choice. It just doesn't make sense. Why would God create us, only to take away our choice?
So I feel secure in saying that everyone at some point in their lives has been exposed to Christianity, has had the opportunity to turn their lives over to God.

which ever faith you believe is right for you, then you can "label" yourself that.
but one, you are not a catholic just by being born as one, and two you are definitely not christian.
you are probably closer to being an atheist but just haven't decided yet.
anyway as the question is Christianity? is means that you believe in the person who we call Jesus Christ, you believe that he, God the Father & God the Holy Spirit are one, you believe that to go to the Christian heaven, you believe in God's grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who you regard as your Savior, & you believe that God's Word in the Christian bible & the Holy Spirit are the lamps upon your feet as you live your days here on planet earth.
Additional: why worry with others when you yourself aren't worried about your own soul. work on that first & then worry about others.

I mean this with all respect, but too often Roman Catholics think that they were branded with salvation by being a Roman Catholic. According to the scriptures, one cannot be saved by that.
What Jesus said is to believe in him, and be saved.
What happens to those who haven't heard? Irrelevant.
Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved. By doing so you are separating yourself from this world and becoming one of God's people. He said that after all!
It is crucial that you trust God for what He said.

Deeds don't get you in to heaven. Just because you're nice, do good, help others, etc. doesn't get you a free pass to heaven. The only thing that will get you into heaven is believing in Christ.
Why would God let you into his kindgom if you don't even believe in him?

non christians do not go to heaven, they havent accepted christ as their personal savior. the only way you can get to heaven is by accepting christ as your savior. there is much more to going to heaven than just leading a perfect life.
