Hi,

I am about to create a non-profit organization for historical research. This organization will work on the web, through a website and will have several members, researchers who share information with each other. The sole aim of the organization is to promote the research. There is no money involved whatsoever. Before putting up the website of the organization do I need to consider any legal aspects? In other words, have I to go through any paperwork to fill or let the Government know (through some kind of paperwork...) what I am about to do, or I am free to do this since there is no money being involved? Seeing as after you die, you lose your brain and I would suppose it's functionality. Your memories, experiences, what you've learned, etc. would cease to exist without the mind being able to process cognitive information. So after death, do you expect you, or your soul (the form of you after death) to keep the memories? Or do you expect a clean slate of memory, almost as if you were reborn?

Another question along the lines of the brain and it's functionality, would a person with Alzheimer's, who used to be a devout Christian still receive access to heaven, even though they no longer really believe/actively participate in the religion? I ask because when some people with Alzheimer's lose their memory, their religious beliefs can be lost as well.

Also, did you come to this question, expecting it to be something along the lines of bashing Christianity?

Why are there so many out there, that think it is so funny or cool to answer with a stupid answer or rude answers. Do they have so pathetic a life that they have nothing better to do with their miserable time? Go away and leave the answers to the folks who generally want to help out. I pity all you poor losers out there that get "off" by hurting others, must be a lonly life at the bottom.

If so what are they? I am putting up like three 4' trees this year and my themes are Family in the family room (heirloom ornies), my son wants a Car theme (hot wheels and race track garland) and my daughter wants to incorporate all of her teddy bears (not sure how to do this yet but will get it figured out soon). SO was wondering who does and what they are and how they use the themes.

The other day I walked out to the parking lot to our apartment building to see the 13-year-old girl I live next to having sex with a boy in his car!! I'm not close to her or her family, so I don't know how I could ever bring it up, but I'm concerned for her and scared she could get into some trouble. What am I supposed to do? This has got to be illegal to some extent right?

Hi, sorry to bother you, but I started out being a wiccan 3 yrs ago, and i was a solitary for that long. But i feel i must be with other wiicans, because I cant cast circles or cast any spells correctly, even though i constantly practice, and i always screw up, stutter when calling the quarters or casting a money spell, or praying. I just cant do things right and i feel i need a coven or a teacher to help me out.

I don't mean is it wrong in biblical terms - clearly yes.
I don't mean a feeling of attraction that leads to wanting to have a date & see how things go......

I'm talking about LUST. Someone you work with, stranger on the bus, lady in the street, a friend, your pal's girlfriend, etc

As someone raised Christian (not practicing) I have always questioned "everyday" Christians and their morals/ethics.

My question is: If the Christ were to return - how would we recognize him/her?

It seems that everytime some one proclaims to be the "one" we lock them up as crazy or dismiss them because they do not "fit" our expectations. In any given major city there are a couple dozen homeless wanderers who believe they are the messiah - yet we brush them off. Does Christ need to PROVE himself to us? Or do you think, after 2000 years of his disciples studying his words, Christ would feel that our outlook would be different? That we would show more compassion and understanding to strangers and be more willing to follow someone who's not on TV trying to make big $$$.

What do you think? I'm interested.

I was discussing with my co-employee about what the devil can do. I learned that the devil can do as what God can do e.g. healing, knowledge, wisdom, etc. except LOVE. And she asked where in the Bible did I find that. I cannot show it to her but deep in my soul I know there is a verse that will support my claim.
